"Staff are good"

They're okay. Staff are good but I would rather go to my own GP than get sent somewhere else.

"Don't like the online booking system"

They're really good. They referred me for an x-ray. They only offer online booking now not via the phone. They ask you questions with the online form and then ask you more questions but if I'm at work I can't do that. I have to help my mom with it too as she can't use it so it's not always good for some older patients.

"Very good"

Very good. Told to ring at 8am but it's always difficult to get through. After a couple of hours trying I can usually get an appointment. Communication is good and the receptionists are very helpful.

"Good staff"

Doctors and staff are good. They are caring and take their time. Booking appointments is difficult. It takes a long time over the phone to book.

"Nightmare to get an appointment"

Getting an appointment is a nightmare. You can be on the phone for ages waiting to get through. They tell you to call back at midday. If we can't get an appointment we go to the hospital.

"Lucky really"

They have an online appointment system but it isn't helpful for prescriptions requests. I call in and they're good. They give me appointments quickly. I'm lucky really.

"Helpful staff, bad appointment availability"

I joined them after covid. The GPs are helpful and reception staff listen to you. Appointment availability is very bad.

"Best GP Practice"

I have been registered with this surgery for many years and as such seen it evolve into an exceptional service. It's relatively easy to secure an appointment. It is astonishing to note the number of services this GP practice provides to include blood tests, diabetes tests, asthma reviews and blood pressure related consultations to name but few. Reception staff appears to be well trained, polite, professional, and motivated to render a great experience to patients in their hour of need. It is also worth noting how expeditiously this practice is embracing modernity, which is evident in their recent roll out of NHS App to help speed up service delivery. All in all, this practice is doing more than their fair share in enhancing the community’s well-being. So, very well done and keep up the good work!

"Helpful staff"

Staff are helpful. The system of repeat prescriptions is very hard because they have outsourced it to another company. Very busy parking too and there is only one disabled bay.

"Can get appointments quickly"

Sometimes it can take 10 to 20 minutes to get on them on the phone but other than that it's quite quick and they will do a same day booking. I have a lump in my neck and they made an appointment quickly.

"They save a lot of time"

Good. They have changed quite a lot. They text me saying to send my blood pressure reading to the GP which saves a lot of time.

"Pretty good."

They're pretty good and they will see my son face to face. The only thing is the early times you have to call up at 8am to book an appointment. They could improve the booking system as it can be difficult. But you do get same day appointments.

"Struggle to get appointments and rushed"

My elderly mother struggles to get appointments at 8AM. She has gone in physically to get one, however the queues are too long and the appointments are all gone by the time it gets to her approaching reception. Trying again the next day has the same outcome. When we do get an appointment there isn't enough time to discuss all the issues so feel rushed.

"A good experience"

It was good, they did blood tests on me and I am waiting on the results. They made an appointment really quickly and they were helpful when I went into see them. I have only been in once so far but it was a good experience.

"Brilliant doctor who listens."

The GP is brilliant. Such a nice doctor. They are the only doctor that listens. She is like a family doctor, she is like a friend. I feel like she has more time for me and my family. Honestly the best doctor.

"Prescriptions never ready on time"

It is difficult to get an appointment and prescriptions are always not ready on time. You have to chase them all of the time for prescriptions.

"Careless and can never get an appointment."

I can never get an appointment with them. As soon at it hits 8am the lines are busy. They're careless at checking us out. Ended up breaking bone but it turned out to be an abscess and had an operation on it. They're a bit careless really.

Asked my GP about referral to SALT and he said it can take up to a year. A long time when she starts nursery the school will look into more care.

"Doctors can’t do anything"

Five doctors can’t do anything for cold and flu’s. If I wanted one, I would make an appointment. But it’s on the phone can not see them face to face. They tell you to go to the walk in centre. I had a message on my phone, to say if I do.

The GP's are not doing their jobs properly. They aren't doing the normal check ups, they sound like they don't care. They are constantly trying to do things over the phone instead of seeing people face to face.
