"Very good there"
I'll phone and then they send me a link through text to fill in the form. They then get back to me. They're very good there.

The new system the GP uses is good. The new system works well. You fill in a form and they give you an appointment the same day. The negative side to this, is there's a lot of people who do not read or speak English and don't know their NHS number so it might not work. It took a while after filling in the form for them to call me back.
No problems there. Since merging it has been even better. I can get same day appointments and I can see a nurse and they triage online.
I am looking after my 91 year (housebound father ) he has been in extreme back pain and no one has been to see him!!! I feel that because of his age nobody cares, there are institutions to call my mobile and yet they called my dad’s landline, and my father could not comprehend what they were asking him, the doctor said that they would call me on the mobile and that didn’t happen.
Appointments with my community midwife at my GP surgery have been very good.
When I text my midwife she gets in contact quite quickly. Usually the same day or as soon as she gets a message. Appointments all run on time which is good.
They're okay if you can get an appointment that is. I usually give up and don't bother with them.
The midwife here is very nice. Appointments and referrals to the hospital have all come through quite quickly.
Not good. No appointments. The reception are not good. You wait on the phone for 40 minutes and don't get an appointment. The GPs are good but there are more locums. The last time I had to call 111.The receptionists are so rude.
Not really accessible as it's difficult to get appointments. We have to keep ringing to get one. No choice, we just have to keep trying.
GPs and nurses are good but very difficult to get an appointment.
I have been many times for a knee problem. They keep telling me I have no pain.
Very poor service delivery. Rude staff and no appointments at all.
I can never get an appointment. They are short staffed. They sent us to another surgery and this one is closer so it's silly to have to travel. they need to get more staff and make it more accessible.
Can't get appointments even when you phone at 8am. They hold you for 45 minutes and then there's no appointments. They do the same thing day in day out until you get one. When you do see the GP they are good it's just a struggle in the beginning.
Really good with me, make an appointment over the phone and they’ll speak to me first over the phone and call me in if needed. They check my blood every three months and they'll call me in to have the appointment.
My mom makes appointments for me. They're good, they explain things to me so that I understand.
Refuse to answer phone in morning, they lie about appt availability. Refuse to give prescriptions.
Okay
very professional from receptionist to doctor. phones answered very quickly and receptionists very friendly and helpful.Doctors very caring and helpful and sympathetic , listens to your problems all the times, will treat you the best according to your needs. I will recommend this surgery to anybody.
Thank you for your feedback. It is good to learn that we meet your expectations but your feedback is vital to us to ensure we keep our service provision up to the standards expected by our patients.
I had unexplained bouts of pain and was promptly referred to the hospital where I had an operation. If I had not been referred on time, it could have made me very ill.
Glad to learn that we are able to help our patients successfully. We wish you all the best. Thanks
Appointments availible fairly quickly and usually at convenient times. Docters are good listeners, involve you in decisions, explain things well. Receptionists usually helpfull, can be bit abrupt at times
Our aim is to provide excellent care to all our patients at all times and appreciate all the feedback in order to hear and learn in order to continue to provide our patients with excellent service. Thank you
