Sometimes I find it a pain getting an appointment. They say you can go online but I can't always access the online service. It's not that easy to use. The doctors are always very nice and so are all other members of staff.
They have treated me well for a tilted pelvis. The GPs are very helpful.

Not too good. Fine before they went to partnership club. Have not seen doctor for 2 years. Had review with nurse for COPD. No medication review. Was fine before Covid. Phoning (got used to) and they got out of the habit.

Useless, absolutely useless. Can’t get appointment, Phoned them at 8am couldn’t get through, 90th in the queue. I had to physically go down and get an appointment.
Sometimes difficult to get an appointment. If ring at 7 / 8 am, you have chance for appointment. If call later at 9 am than no appointment. They give my kids appointment. My husband will take kids to Good hope.
Go to the centre and get appointments. First they call and if you need it they make another appointment to see you face to face. I don’t struggle as I have MS.
I'm meant to get a face-to-face appointment and it's all over the phone. I haven't seen anyone in over a year. When I tell them it's an emergency, they tell me to call 999. I'm meant to have reviews for my medication and that should be face to face, they're strict on that, but they're all over the phone and they only ask me a couple of questions over the phone.
Cannot get to surgery without using taxi, due to stroke, c.o.p.d. and arthritis and not cannot use phone repeat prescription unless house bound. have not had c.o.p.d. check up for two years and offerred one at Chester Rd surgery? and ley hilll.

From entrance to exit guided through by friendly, courteous volunteers and same can be said of medical staff. Many, many thanks to all.
