They provided a good service. I was seen and treated which was a relief after failing to access other services. The only concern is that I had to travel quite some distance to access this service.
They're absolutely superb, out of this world,. I just walked in without an appointment and they dressed the wound and told me to go back to the GP to get it redressed.
They told me to go to the GP on Monday as it was a Saturday after having symptoms of a stroke. Couldn't move my arm and I couldn't speak.
It's alright, depends how long you sit there. It can be a bit of a battle getting the treatment you need but they can sometimes be helpful.
No long waits and saw my daughter straight away when she had a chest infection. They gave her antibiotics and listened to her. They really helped us. It was great they were available on a bank holiday too.
I was booked quickly and then I was in and out quickly too. They said I would need to be seen again the next day and they booked that in quickly too.
It's always fully booked when you try to go there which makes it inaccessible. It's so hard when your ill and can't see a GP or the walk in for help and guidance. The times I have seen someone, the care has been good and I have been given medication or advice.
I had to go in November/December because I couldn't get in with the doctors. They were brilliant, really very good, really helpful. Didn't even end up waiting long at all, it's mad.
They are friendly and they are helpful. They helped me with my leg. I lost my balance and it was scary but they reassured me.
They are really good here but I shouldn't have to use this service, I should be able to use my own GP.
