"Tell me to go to my consultant"

They bought in an app and people have found it difficult. For me personally it isn't. When I go there with problems they just tell me to go to my consultant. They usually get a paramedic to call you back too. They sort my medications for me.

"Accessing services through them is fine"

Easy to make appointments and the communication is good. No complaints or issues with my GP and accessing the services through them is fine.

"Constant medication reviews"

My 17 year old daughter struggles to get medication and they're always doing a review every time she needs a prescription.

Helpful and I get a good service from them. I can get appointments and they really help me.

"Don't give you long enough"

It isn't as good as my old GP practice, they don't give you long enough in appointments and it takes a long time to book.

"It's not too bad."

It's not too bad. They offer later hours and the GP is good at referring on if there are no appointments available within their own practice.

You never see the same doctor twice. They are there when you need them and can get appointments.

"They have kept me registered after moving"

They were a godsend. The doctor was a ray of sunshine. After we moved they kept me on the books so I didn't have to have another doctor to learn my medical history.

"Easy to get appointments and staff are good"

It's easy to get an appointment with them. They saw me face to face and then they referred me on shortly after. In general it's easy to get an appointment and staff and surgery are very good.

"Really helpful"

Good. I have never had any issues with them. Really helpful whenever I go. I can see the doctors whenever I need to.

"Good communication and helpful."

My blood pressure was really high. I had my bloods taken and ended up passing out. I was sent to Jockey Road for repeat bloods, they were very helpful and spoke to me and told me what they thought was happening.

Sometimes good and sometimes bad. Sometimes takes long for appointment. It’s a problem really waiting long for an appointments.

Saw them last week, helped me and got medication I needed. Took a while on phone but just walked there and wait for them to see me.

It's alright yes, I get appointments and they make appointments for me to get my injections. They give me appointments for next month.

Some doctors can only do what they can do. I have a phobia of going to the doctors.

"I can't fault them"

They phoned me a few times when I was in hospital. I've not seen my doctor that many times but thought it was considerate of them, I can't fault them. They also got in contact with me several times about my booster and provided me with information about taking the covid jab and flu jab at the same time.

"Staff are universally great"

Staff are universally great, but the appointment system is seriously not up to standard. I have to hit redial for 30 minutes before I get past the engaged tone and get put into a queue. It's evident that the MMP have opted for a cheaper queueing system that only takes 14 people, and it severely impacts my ability to access medical care. I didn't get an appointment until my fourth day of trying because of this substandard system shared between multiple practices.

"The appointment system is diabolical"

The appointment system is diabolical, you never get to see or speak to your assigned doctor. The phone lines are open a 8 am however you can never get an appointment and the que on the phone let's you know you have no chance of an appointment also. My last experience I had to call 101 for them to call the doctors as it was an emergency and I couldn't get an appointment.

I had my COVID-19 jab here. I just arranged it over the phone, no queue, no fuss.

"Brilliant service"

Brilliant service. You don’t need an appointment, opens at 6:30 am. They are really good.

"Really good"

Walk in centre were really good when I went- they referred me to the Womens Hospital when they found out I was pregnant because I have health issues, Lupus.
I had to go to STD clinic to get my pregnancy tested at the walk in centre - not nice people- thinking I was there because I caught something - other than this walk in centre really good.

"Was told to call back no one picked up"

They don't answer the phones after 4pm on a Sunday
