"The online form can be quite long"
Hard to arrange a diabetes check because you have to go online and fill in a form. It can be quite long. They do get back to you straight away and arrange the appointment quickly. They're good.
Hard to arrange a diabetes check because you have to go online and fill in a form. It can be quite long. They do get back to you straight away and arrange the appointment quickly. They're good.
They take forever to answer and always put in a queue. When they call you back they let it ring once or twice and then you have to call them back as you have missed it. They don't let you walk in to book an appointment which is ridiculous.
Just kicked me off the books and didn't have a doctor for a while, and I had just had an iron infusion. They're disgusting to be fair.
Unable to book an appointment or speak to a GP since discharge from A&E. Every attempt has resulted in extra long waiting times on phone until no credit left. No appointments available online and every rapid online request results in go to A&E which when accessing my health records show I have done so. By the time you get through no appointments and contrary to the CQC you cannot pre book for a face to face it has to be done on the day. So you have to ring on a daily basis
I go online and click a link on their website. They let you know you know if you can get an appointment. The last time I did it they referred me to the pharmacy. I also was given an appointment for 10am once and they didn't call until 1pm when I wasn't available so I had to start the whole process again.
It's difficult to get through by phone. I waited two weeks to get a face to face appointment. I didn't get the outcome I wanted from one appointment discussing the results. They need to improve telephones and accessibility. More face to face appointments would be good too in a quicker amount of time.
I'm not getting anywhere with them, they didn't respond to my requests. I ended up leaving them.
When you call they take ages to reply. They ask so many questions when trying to get a repeat prescriptions and make you wait a long time.
I always want to cry when having to contact the surgery as I know they won't be able to help.
I was having pain and it was hard to get an appointment. The service is alright. They don't talk much and wrap it up quickly to get to the next patient. It's mainly phone appointments too.
It's impossible to call and arrange an appointment
I went for a heart check up and everything that could go wrong, did. The results were okay and everything is good.
Excellent online appointments system and the GPs are very friendly and helpful.
They don't have any appointments and the staff are very rude and unhelpful.
Good, very good. I hardly use them but last time I used them I had no problems getting through or getting an appointment. It's a big practice so I don't feel that I have to wait that long.
They could make booking appointments better as you have to wait a long time. You won't get a same day appointment.
Horrible service delivery. No appointments at all. Rude reception staff.
Very helpful and kind staff after being referred for an ultrasound.
Very challenging and time consuming process to book an appointment. The reception staff are also rude and unhelpful.
Getting an appointment is very difficult but GPs are very good.
Excellent treatment and care received over the years. GPs are excellent.
I was referred here for a heart scan by my GP. The staff are very kind and helpful.
They have said from October I can book appointments online which is much easier. I did call yesterday and they gave me the option of 5 slots and I chose the one most convenient for me.
The service is alright and mom finds it easy getting appointments. It varies who you see. She comes in every 2 months for B12 and any medication she needs she can do it online.
I received a link online then booked an appointment. To book online is easy. If I come at 8:30am to book it works well for me. The doctors are good and so are the staff.
I had a phone call to say I had an appointment at cardiology.
Easy to get an appointment using the app.
The surgery is always fully booked, yet whenever I visit, there’s hardly a patient in sight. How can it be fully booked? On multiple occasions, been prescribed outdated medications that have been discontinued. To make matters worse, we can no longer access prescriptions online because their system has been down for some time. I’m having to call to get the correct medication prescribed. This is unacceptable and feels like medical negligence.
Absolutely horrendous the reception team are rude and dismissive the medical secretary’s who triage your online forms redirect you to the pharmacy know full and well you need to see a GP. When you do see a GP they are so reluctant to help and prescribe it’s constant hard work nothing is simple. If you go to the surgery in the morning, you still won’t be seen. It is the worst it has been in years! More people than staff. They need to be shut down. Do not join this surgery you are better off paying and going private!
It's not good. It's difficult to get an appointment.
I wasn't waiting too long for the cardiology appointment here. I had an appointment previously and they invited me back to discuss the results. The staff were okay. The doctors these days look young folk but everyone has to learn in life. The appointment was good and doctor was very knowledgeable with excellent manners.
I had a referral from my GP to come to cardiology here. All has been okay here.
I phoned last week and they gave me an appointment for today which was fine for me. I asked for an appointment on a specific day and they did this. I found it quite easy.
They sent an appointment through very very quickly. They gave me a blood pressure machine for 24 hours and have asked me to come back to discuss the results.
They keep regular check ups after being referred from my GP to their cardiology. I have appointments every 6 months. They explain things well and answer all of my questions.
I came for a blood pressure machine after a check up at my own GP. I used the machine for 24 hours and then they called me back 3 weeks later for an appointment today to discuss the result probably. I'm not entirely sure but will find out.
Very poor service delivery. We are unable to get appointments to see our GP.
You try to call at 8am and wait for over an hour, then told no appointments. They tell you to use online services and still no appointments. Then appointments get cancelled without a reason.
When you go to the practice and speak to the reception staff you are met with frosty rude staff.
They're okay. They're alright. I can sit and chat with them. They are really good for me.
They are fine. They monitored me for cardiology and then referred me on.
They don't pick up the phones at all. Receptionists are very rude and unhelpful. The GPs don't listen and are always in a rush to see the next patient.
I have not used them much but they did get me a referral. They were good when I last used them. They listened to me.
One cannot get thru to make an appointment. been trying for a month.
I've phoned three Wednesday mornings now at 8am, supposed to call me back when I'm number one. Never called me back. Phoned later call can't be connected? Can't even leave a message on the app. What is going on ?
I have relocated and changed my GP. They have been good. I am okay with them. The service is good. They're approachable and polite. They're alright. The doctor is good with communicating with me and even followed up. I am quite satisfied with them.
Absolutely perfect. There's no issues with appointments and I've found them really good. I only really go for medication reviews which they do regularly and on time.
Everything is good. They see us, give us appointments. I went with issues and they referred me on quickly to the hospital to have further tests. Very good.
The nurses and GP's are excellent but the reception staff are very rude and unhelpful.
I am meant to have an appointment with the mental health team here every 3 months. I turned up to my appointment and the doctor was on leave. They then gave me an appointment for next year. I asked if they could give me an earlier appointment and they said that they couldn't so no support has been offered.
Reception keeps harrassing patient into booking appointment at unsuitable times over phone when carer is engaged with duties.
You can't get an appointment. So I don't bother. I would rather just use my own remedies. I feel as if I have gone past the stage of using them by phoning them and being turned away.
Very difficult to get an appointment and completely impossible to see your own GP.
Receptionist is rude and doesn't listen to you. Never give you an appointment.
They are a good surgery. The only thing I don't like is the phone lines are engaged all of the time and there is a long wait.
Not good because it's very difficult to get an appointment and reception staff are rude.
Very hard to get an appointment.
Very helpful during pregnancy both times. I was referred to City hospital with pregnancy related complications.
The GP is good and helpful but getting an appointment is very difficult.
My experience with Enki Medical Practice is zero I don’t have any wording lower then zero
If I got choice I’ll do
There’s appointment chance is .01%
When they don’t pick up call for appointments Patient comes to surgery early in morning before 8 am but they don’t have slot to them appointments
People waste the money for taxi fare. Bus fare to get appointments at the surgery waste energy early morning but they don’t care
They says it’s our surgery policy we can’t make appointment at reception
So why the reception
I don’t understand
I am with them since last 20 years and have got appointments all the time when I needed.
They are okay no issues. I see a doctor when I need to.
I only registered with them the other day and it was easy. I'm finally getting my inhalers and medication. The doctors are sound, It's all good there.
Last seen 3 years ago, difficult to get an appointment since COVID. No help provided with my menopause not offered medication for it due to other medication I was on, but not offered an alternative.
Come out to me and did my covid vaccination. They organised everything. They were very, very good.
They're okay, every time I call them I'm waiting a long time for them to answer. I suffer with a skin condition and they said they would refer me to the hospital and I am yet to hear anything. Also, the doctor does not pronounce my name correctly even after correcting them and asking for it to be noted on my file. They don't have my next of kins details on the system after telling them the details several times.
They don't have appointments. I called them many times and they claim they don't have anything available. I called to book my daughter in and was given the same answer, no appointments were available.
It's a bit tedious. If I had a mobile they could do it over the phone. But I'm disabled so I shouldn't have to go to the surgery.
Long time it takes to get through. I went to the doctors with issues with my kidneys, he didn't know it was my kidneys. He just gave me ibuprofen. It didn't get any better so went to see another doctor and they said it was my kidneys. They referred me to the Rheumatology Clinic at City Hospital but it has taken a long time.
Sick of using phone running out of credit, can’t get an appointment so go down and make it known I need appointment.
Doctor ring me the other day to arrange a arthritis checkup. Rang my mobile and then house phone and booked me in for an appointment for next day. Not happy with the service waiting for a call back, not easy when waiting. They won’t give a time and difficult when you are working.
Don’t use it often. When I feel unwell I can’t get an appointment. Doctors are nice but it takes long to get an appointment with the doctor you want and can’t see them face to face.
I had chest pain & been in A/E. They told me to call GP in the morning. Enki Medical Practice is absolutely bias. They take care of other people very fast & easy. But if you are other nationality or race they leave you out & waiting. Several chest pain attacks, 15 days waiting but still had not seen GP for check up. I think they are discussing, rasist & bias. How is it possible they are still open & running with this attitude in this country??
visited today to try and obtain a repeat prescription for inhalers for my child who is asthmatic and has had asthma attacks in the past . I tried tirelessly for over a week to order his inhalers via medication call center that is provided with no luck. called my surgery several times and the phone directs you back to the medication center that is not working and then cuts off . so I decided to go there myself as he has now ran out completely and having to use his aunt's medication as desperation which is not the same but better than nothing. called 111 who advised me to call my GP it's like a merry go round . when got there the reception initially was ok and asked me to provide a letter when I advised that inhaler doses have since been changed by the consultant in November and apparently the surgery have no record of this letter. I was advised without this proof they wound not issue anything, so went back home and brough the hospital letter which a copy was taken . After providing this proof I was told the child will have to wait 48hrs before the information can be changed on his record and then issued prescription. I desperately tried to make the receptionist understand that this child is at risk of asthma attack which has happened several times before. looking along the corridor the waiting room is completely quiet none waiting . I fail to understand the lack of empathy, surely it takes two minutes to write an acute medication while awaiting changes on record especially when there is a letter from hospital consultant advising you what to issue. I am still in shock of how this was handled meanwhile my child continues to suffer after all its just another child with asthma.
They used to be good, 7 years I've been there, they say there's 20 in the queue when I call. They say make an appointment at 8am, they call you back in the afternoon and then you can see the doctor the next day. I once waited 3 months for an injection. I can't wait on the phone because my credit goes.
The surgery is absolutely disgusting it needs closing down ASAP before they kill somebody it is very unprofessional and poorly run they should be ashamed and embarrassed to work there
Can't get an appointment, you are told to ring at 8am and then you press 1 to be put through and then 2 to get a call back. They don't call you back until 2pm and say they have no appointments so you end up going to A&E.
Had to wait 1 HR b4 phone answered & told no appt. Left??? Tried 3 days to book appt. 4 my son to no avail . He still suffering with foot infection regardless what enki think ???? Go back to handing in ur medical card & waiting in surgery like in 80s & 90s till it went multi- media online ???? At least Dr had time 4 u then be on mobile phones all day . My Dr should use mims book to look up best medicine.
My son's entitled to free medicine under 16s & govt have audacity to say go buy paracetamol??? Govt should learn to read plain English written on prescription 1st b4 changing the goal post .
They were brilliant throughout Covid.
My family is with them since last 10 years and we found them to be exceptionally good and helpful.
Several times I was given two days medication instead of the months. From number 26, then 28, queue jumping up not down, this has happened multiple times, then I’ve been in the queue for over 2 1/2 hours, then the phone cuts of , I receive a text message, stating - a doc will call me back, but if I ring back I will be priority. Which did not happen, I rang back, and was number 27, waited till 7.30pm I was cut of again, as surgery was now closed. I called the next morning and advised a member of staff, to which I was told they were very busy. When I call the surgery, I’m asked all my details, just to get a call back, then told that there isn’t any. This is ridiculous, because it’s easier to state what team your in, to know if there are any call backs, if so then you can give your details. I was also told that if you make a formal complaint, they remove you from their surgery. Also problem with the chemist. I order my script monthly. Then the chemist will give prescription weekly. They are constantly saying there is no medication, It could be on any of those 4 weeks. I tell them what date I ordered on, and contacted the doc again to confirm my prescription, ring the chemist back, they continue to say, there is nothing there. I then be very adamant, oh and to my surprise I’m told it’s just came through. They really think people are stupid. This has got to stop.
After 1hr 20minutes I gave up I was caller number 19 I gave up when it took that long just to get to caller number 12
Took ages to get a Dr on the phone. Wasn't able to see GP but was sent to women's hospital gynaecology. I was asked why the Dr send me to gynae as the Dr could have seen me and given me antibiotics and painkillers. My personal view is the Dr was passing the buck.
Great
Difficult to see a doctor.
Very short-staffed.
Lack of Appointments.
Good service and helpful staff
Very good.
Poor service.
Very poor telephone service, you can't get through and your lucky if you can get an appointment.
good
Very good service.quick, efficient and following all the covid rules.
Very good, received a call for my first jab, asked if the time and date would be convenient, when I got there it was quite busy but I only had to wait about 15 minutes and it was the same for my second jab, very well organised and very helpful staff.
Well organised and COVID safe
It overly difficult to book an appointment as and when do you require.Long waiting times to be connected and unavailability of appointment most of the times.
Well organised
They have a unique system for covid vaccine administration.
Really difficult to get an appointment- care is ok but have to spend ages on the phone to get one.
Some reception staff are not very nice or polite. Most of the time they are not helpful.
Medical teams are brilliant and the nursing staffs are equally excellent and professional.
Took my six years old son 2 weeks ago for check-up. Relevant advice provided by the doctor, which is very much appreciated.
There are only 2 issues I have with this surgery, No.1 - I literally dread and avoid calling for appointments because despite ‘improving’ the call system I can be in position 1 for 15mins when calling. I know anytime I call for whatever reason it’s going to be at least 30mins of my time just trying to get through. I would literally rather sit in A&E and waste my time there trying to get seen. No.2 - I had emergency bloods done a week and a half ago...I’m still trying to get through to chase up the results which have not made it back and nothing has been done to rectify this in between. The bloods were an emergency for a reason but I’m the only one that seems interested in what’s happened with them and this is not the first time this has happened with my results not coming back and no one seeming to know anything about it or willing to do much about it.
I’ve been a patient here for 12 months now, and I am really happy with everything. The doctors are really good and I have received great care.
I have an advanced OA, Originally gave paracetamol, than got olanzapine off my GP, now getting it as repeat prescription.
I was assaulted and went to the Dr for treatment of my injuries. This was not properly recorded by the Dr and I wasn't given the right follow up for my mental health. Things got a lot worse, both mentally and physically and I still didn't get the right support. This has had a huge impact on my life. To be left to suffer for such a length of time is totally wrong on all accounts. I have ended up moving to another practice, where I have finally had the right support, both with this and a long term health condition.
