I was told to ask the GP to get it prescribed. They even prescribed medication without telling me. They're on the ball in terms of medication, it's just difficult to contact them sometimes.
Good at giving appointments and quick to cancel them too. Very quick to cancel and not rebook them.
It's a tick box exercise. Services are very disjointed. They chuck a load of leaflets at you on diagnosis and no help after.
Really good and the receptionist is lovely. They doubled his dose when I called and that has calmed him. It takes time for them to get back to you as they're busy.
My grandad was in there. They let him out he wasn't allowed sharps and let him out after 2 years. He should never have been let out.
