"Good for the kids"
The doctors are okay, they're as good as can be. Good for the kids at least.

Generally fair. Not too bad. I have problems with appointments as you have to go to the website to book. You can't get one calling in.
They're pretty good services.
They have been good to me. I have no problems with them. Used them for 6 years. My prescriptions are always on time. All the staff are very good.
I was supposed to have seen a doctor in October and he cancelled my appointment 3 times when I went to ask what was going on as I had waited 1hr 15 minutes to see him I ended up walking out as was told I was telling lies but have the three different times on my phone in my eyes my doctor refused to see me I have registered with another doctor as I need to see a doctor ASAP
Great. If I can't get a face to face appointment they'll do it over the phone and call me in to see me if they feel it's needed. They're really great. They will slot me in. I've had a pharmacist call me if there's no doctor available.
I've been waiting for them to refer me for my hip. I've been back 4 times about my back and hip.
They're alright, I can get an appointment. When I changed to this surgery, they saw me straight away. They listen and are helpful whether I see the nurse or the doctor.
I used to attend the Diabetes clinic at good hope and was moved to Eden Court to see the nurse there. I used to see the same nurse every time but now there's no continuity and I don't see the same nurse every time.
It's not impossible to get an appointment but you don't seem to see the same doctor every time. Pre-covid this used to be the case but now it seems to have gone haywire, but I do understand why.
One of the nurses will arrange for me to see the doctor. They used to come 2/3 times a week. You just tell them what you want done and they sort it.
Every single Monday the GP comes, comes in for people on the list and will see anybody who would want to see them.
GP prescribed medication, for face to face appointment waited all week. Spoke to her said how upset I was. Suggested to go to yoga but I don’t want to. I don’t feel listened to.
Can get an appointment a bit canny and can book online.
Its up and down. Sometimes can ring and get appointment same day but other times can take up to a couple of days.
They ring to tell me that this injection or that injection is available, they call me and ask if I want them to make me and appointment. They call me by my first name, you feel like you're part of the community.
I visited my doctor for help with my mental health where they refferred me onto a service that was no longer running. I needed the help but was not given the support.
Just moved to this practice as I have moved into the area and all my dealings with them have been good. Booked my Covid booster online with no hassle.
Receptionist are very rude, they are not confidential at all
The receptionist are rude and unhelpful I changed surgeries because of the way they talk to you when your trying to get an appointment and your poorly they want to know every little detail no matter how embarrassing or confidential it is
Every time I have to have blood taken the nurses are so patient I have deep veins and they are so careful to try not to bruise me too much always reassuring too .
Nothing short of amazing. Always been able to get an appointment or phone call (prior and during pandemic) Staff always friendly and welcoming. "Going to the doctors" isn't something I put off as I feel comfortable when I need to speak to someone and confident that they will listen ( and act where required)
Absolutely amazing Doctors always been open and able to give u time, always get some sort of appointment daily without problems even if just a phone call. Couldn't ask for a better doctors.
Easy to contact and Doctors always phone back within a few hours and always polite and helpful.
I am very happy with the service. I had great experience during my regular appointments with midwife despite covid restrictions etc - received amazing support and help. I have always been served with empathy and attention and never had any problems.
Extremely rude receptionists shouting at me across a room of patients.
Good
Very good service. Always able to get an appointment or speak to a GP. GP’s are thorough and very good.
Very Good
The letter says I was rude aggressive verbal ABUSE intimidating abusive conduct. This is the 2nd time I have met this nurse. And I have been with this surgery from 2016 and my previous surgery Leyhill medical I was there 16 years.
This is a disformation of my character. I am a Christian and do not believe in any behaviour above and did not behave at any time this way. The way I was treated rather was not like at all like the whole practice staff. The lady scared me, she told lies in the room and I did say I wish I came with my carer as you make me feel Vunerable. I let her no I’m grieving my sister at both appointments, their was no empathy she just was very cold and accusing me of being aggressive when I was opening and shutting my fingers for her to take bloods for my diabetes. I responded. Why do you see me in that way, my hands suffer from numbness due to carpal tunnel, she then said said “ relax” pushed needle in. “No blood”. Then went to next arm and said same thing relax. Push needle in. No blood sorry you will have to come back.
I said to the nurse you never even felt for a vein like the nurse I always see, she said dnt be nasty. I said I’m just saying my bloods are hard to take even doctors in hospital have to X-ray for bloods. I left with her telling me to book in with the nurse I usually see. When I went to front desk I told the secretary Joanne everything and she showed me where the complaint leaflets was. I responded I have no energy to complain, I’m burying my sister. Then the secretary wrote down a online complaint which she stated was very friendly. I took the paper but knew I wasn’t going to report it as I was feeling weak and emotional. I even told the nurse that I love this surgery. Her response was you did not say that last week. I was in shock had my mouth open as nothing of the sought came out of my mouth. Now I have been thrown off the best practice and my poor son who is 11 has to suffer too. I did not say or do anything that I have been accused of.
They don’t really know about their medicine. They don’t know about injections, I feel like they offer the cheapest option available and rely on symptoms too much. There is quite a wait to be seen. You have to book an appointments on the day. Multiple doctors, misinformation. I feel like they aren’t trained in nutrition. I'm not signposted to other services either.
some receptionist don't know what you want from them, when call back requested GP don't call you have to chase it ,when you ask for explanation they say you are rude, some GP are just arrogant to you
We are sorry you have had this experience with us. If you would like to proceed with the Practice's complaints procedure please contact me at the surgery.
Many thanks
