I need somewhere to live
After a long time with mental health issues I am out and have been given a place to live in. I have an advocate and a CPN who has been helpful. The outreach team have been good in helping find a place that is clean and safe to live in. I have had problems with finding a suitable place so am quite happy and cannot wait to move to new place. I should be able to move on with my life and be better.
I would like to thank the staff at East Assertive outreach for going that extra mile in my care
