"Said they didn't do pharmacy first"
My son was having chest problems and they refused to see him and said go to the GP as they haven't signed up to pharmacy first. They aren't the only ones who haven't so I had to call 111. The pharmacies all have posters up of pharmacy first so why aren't they providing this service.
