I cannot fault the home my aunt is well looked after, the management and senior staff are there for you with supportive, and always inform you of any problems and concerns, the staff are very caring, jolly and helpful with the residences, they arrange activities visits out parties,
my aunt has just celebrated her 100th birthday and they made it so special for her, you are always made welcome on arrival offering you a drink and biscuits, just recently decorated the home is fresh and bright, it is kept clean it has a homely environment. I would not hesitate to recommend this home, all staff work hard giving care and attention to the residences.
I feel at ease knowing my mother resides at Dudley Court. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and there is always so much going on, such as; days out, fun activities, in house parties and entertainment. They have a dedicated activities coordinator that is very good. The new manager is fantastic, always there when you need him, and very kind and compassionate towards people. The home has undergone major improvements with the decor and looks fantastic. I am so pleased with the home. Thank you for what you do.
My mother's care needs have changed over the years but she has always received excellent assistance by the dedicate staff. Her special needs in food have been met every time providing just the same tasty and flavourful meals
Entertainment is arranged together with organised visits out. The manager and staff are always available to speak to. Communication is excellent between manager, staff and relatives.
I cannot speak highly enough of Dudley Court. My family and I have complete trust in the staff at Dudley Court. This is a home were all the residents are loved and well cared for. My Nonna is non-communicative and requires 24hr care. The staff are loving, kind and respectful towards her. The home itself is beautiful. It's bright and always smells fresh and clean. The staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions we may have. Having to trust someone else to look after your relative is hard, the staff make it easier
I have nothing to compare this to, however the staff at Dudley Court Care home are very friendly, helpful and seem to genuinely care about residents.
My nan has been a resident there for around 1 year and I hope she can see out her days there
I worked for this Company for some time. The Carers are fantastic but the Manager ruled the home with a bullying tendency. They’re was no leadership at all. Paperwork was dated and the Home dirty and dated.
