I've been going to this surgery for 4 years now with a variety of issues. Everything has been dealt with sensitively, efficiently and with a great emphasis placed on patient satisfaction. I'm very grateful to live so close to this surgery. Thank you

Pretty okay. The waiting time isn't long and the doctors are okay. I just went for a check up.
They're okay. I don't really go that often so they are okay when I need them. Staff are good on the phone when I call them. I have no complaints.
The GP picked up on my condition straight away and referred me to a specialist for further investigations.
The GP is very nice. Good staff and they always have appointments when I call them. They make it easy, very nice. They make you feel welcome and listened to.
They just refer you onto the hospital and then when there are delays they just send you on again. They give you appointments and you get seen seen but they can't decide anything as they have to refer you onto specialists.
They gave me an appointment straight away after I was having chest pains and A&E sent me away.
Really helpful. I like them. I get along with most of the receptionists and it's easy to book appointments. I have no issues with them.
Not very good, service isn’t on point. Can ask them about 2 or 3 things, end up running out of time. Went in with a pain in leg and they said it’s fine, ended up in walk in centre.
They are good most of the time when I can get appointments. They do take a while to answer and say we can see the doctor for one thing at a time.
I don't think they're good. I struggle with them, take ages to answer the phone and then there's no appointments. They want you to call at 8am but I can't do that sometimes. They need to have more appointments available.
They are quite good, never used to be able to get appointments but they're much better now. If you ring after 8:30am you can't get appointments but then you ring the next day at 8am and you can get an appointment
Good GP but getting an appointment is always difficult.
sick and tired of this surgery doing what they want treating me like a pin cushion or not at all in many cases which is leading to other health complications now cant sign up with any gp at all i need a dr to get my thyroxine which i am on for life complain to the practice manager and nothing changes no out come on that complaint nothing stuck in limbo and as for any information on new or excisting condition just get told to look it up online not helpful at all i do suffer sever anxiety no help with that either not from the lack of trying

No doctors appointments , face to face , real appointments,I have multiple conditions, and am in severe pain , the doctor knows this, says he can’t do anything else and has referred me to the pain clinic, who say they will take ages for an appointment, I think this severe arthritis is pancreatitis related, I’ve had this , and been hospitalised at least 6 times since November 2020, and have been trying to get a proper face to face , in person appointment since March 2020, for pain , I really can’t stand this pain anymore, and am thinking of cannabis, I have never taken recreational drugs , and don’t want to , but I will if this goes on .
can not get hold of a so called doctor ,keep you on hold and then disconnect ,can not be bothered to give repeat scrips, a total waste of time and money should be closed down
Excellent service all the time.
My doctors surgery is very good, I have no problem with appointments with quick waiting times. The reception staff are very good and I get reminders on my phone.
My 6 month old son got ill two days ago. I called for an appointment. I was told to call back at 8.30am.
I called and I was told same call back later at 1pm. I did not get the appointment.
