Never get an appointment. Receptionist are rude with attitude along with doctors who don't care. Everything online.... Myself young is finding it complicated, how you supposed to get an OAP to logon.... With no computer or Internet????
Seems the so called doctor sengupta has no time for people what so ever, I get that he deals with health issues everyday that doesn't need doctors attention, but when I show a doctor a lump and he pokes it and tells me it fatty tissue I'll be fine, then find out it was an actual tumour called a shwarnomma I think it's just wrong.
