Won’t answer the phone and when they do no appointments
Many frustrating hours trying to contact the practice. All calls diverted to emergency numbers (automated). Was looking for receptionist/office manager to ob train simple report for Job Centre in respect of my disabled nephew.
On many occasions they have up prescriptions and even moved my salbutamol inhaler to the acute list despite my needing it every month
I have just moved into the area and can not register with the same gp as my husband.
