"Just a really good surgery"

GP is good. Can get appointments quite easily. The GP listens and are very patient with my daughter. All staff are great and they're on time and just a really good surgery.

"No complaints"

I have no complaints. I can usually get a face to face appointment when needed. Sometimes I just need to talk to them over the phone and they issue a prescription to save me going in.

"Don't bother trying anymore really"

I try to keep away from this surgery. There are too many people with colds queueing up which is stopping others from getting appointments. I only use them when I'm seriously ill but I am not always able to get an appointment even then. The phone rings and rings but nobody answers. At the back of my mind I probably think why bother because of this. They send me reminders for my injections but I don't even bother with that anymore.

"Very good repeat prescription service"

They are very good for repeat prescriptions. They send a message through the app to let me know they've sent it to the pharmacy.

"Trying to get an appointment"

It's hard to get an appointment even now they open at 8am none today call tomorrow all I get told or if your problem gets worse go to hospital or call 111 if you do call @ 8 lines are busy

"Disgusting receptionist"

1 constant issue with one receptionist Sharon, she really believes she is on the same level as a gp she is narcissistic liar and I hope the surgery goes through the phone calls and camera footage to prove this, she has changed her story twice now about which doctor she was following directive from and this is because she is covering her back, she had also included a fabricated account of my visit to the surgery so to inciuate I was threatening in nature because I sternly stated I did not want to speak to her and that I wanted to speak to Dr vijaya, she is attempting to get me into trouble and she is the one causing distress and as alarm.

The health visitor at the clinic referred my son to hearing specialist. She was really good.

Good practice and they're good with kids. They always see my son and are always helpful.

"Feeling fobbed off"

Called to request a home visit for a 73 year old who is very unwell in themselves, told they are extremely busy have only 1 doctor so either call 111 or 999, neither of these options do I feel are right as 111 will most likely make an appointment which the patient can't get too and requesting a ambulance for what seems to be a bad chest infection/ Flu seems a bit much the last time I requested a ambulance due to having appendicitis I had to make my own way to hospital.

"Will get an appointment eventually"

When you manage to get through, I will get an appointment with them eventually. It's a hard job though because you have to go through a call centre.

"Hard to get appointment over the phone"

Go down and wait on the doorstep at 9am to get an appointment. You ring them at 9am and they say there's no more appointments and to ring back at 4pm. One time I called and I was really poorly and they said there were no appointments, so I went down to the surgery and they gave me one.

"Unprofessional nurse"

Unprofessional nurse , who uses her phone / answers her phone and answers video calls whilst your sitting in the room discussing medical information
