"A good surgery with a good booking system"

I have not experienced any difficulties with Dorridge Surgery. The booking system in place is good and I have no problems getting an appointment. The doctors are too. Generally a very good surgery all round.

"Receptionists are often wrong"

Receptionists can give incorrect information, which later consultation with GPs confirms. This is frustrating and unhelpful.
Twice they've put the phone down while I'm still talking, because they assumed the conversation was done, but I had further questions. That's incredibly rude and unprofessional. As a former receptionist I wouldn't even have considered doing that.
