you don't come across many carers that follow what they say, xxx is such a wonderful character and so caring, I trust her to look after mum, she always tells me its credit to her staff, they are so caring towards mum, with the previous agency we had no trust, but with Desired care 4 U, they are kind and passionate about what they do, they always stay the whole time, not like other agencies where they rush you.
Not like your norm care agency, the carers here actually stay the allocated time with my mum, they go out their way for us, the carers are so caring, the manager comes out does reviews.
