They are very good, they see me online and always book appointments for 6 months time to keep on top of care. They are very good.
Had to use as a private patient – not taking on NHS patients. Offered to go on a waiting list but needed treatment so paid to go private. Although I paid to go private which is annoying the practice is spotlessly clean and the treatment received was good. Waiting time on two occasions was nearly one hour which isn’t very good. Last time I was seen more quickly which was an improvement.
I had been involved in an incident which left me with half a tooth. The dentist saw me in his own lunch break to make sure I was okay and to see how it could be treated. He was incredibly kind and caring. Fantastic service
Very poor service, 40 minutes waiting time for private appointment. Clinic went down the hill, staff rude, unprofessional. Waste of time
