Easy to get appointments and I can get a face to face one. I can get same day or the next day. It's good for me.

Was fine. I had an 8 month wait but all was fine. The staff were great and care.
The service here is quite poor. You can't get appointments and can't get through on the phone.
Poor appointment system and no good communication. No good consideration and help.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. I apologise if you have had any issues booking an appointment. Hopefully i will be able to help you book an appointment and explain the system.
We do have a number of appointments that we offer to all our patients, we have same day Call backs and Prebookable call backs, Prebookable face to face, urgent appointments, saturday face to face appointments and evening appointments on a monday.
We also have online access that you can sign up for, this works by the appointments been released 20:00pm the night before for the next day which you can book on for, please ask reception to help you set this up.
If you are still unsure with any of the above you can ask the receptionists or there are posters with information up at the Surgery.
