"Can never get an appointment"
I can never get an appointment here due to the appointment system. Taking time off work to get appointments is very difficult for me.

I received good miscarriage support from a male GP following the loss of my baby.
They are alright. I have been able to see a doctor whenever I have needed to.
The doctors at Croft Medical Centre have been great, they referred me to the hospital quickly when needed and they have been a help in chasing up my consultant at the hospital.
I had recent blood tests done at Croft Medical Centre, that came back abnormal. Communication was great, they contacted me straight away to book me in to be re-tested. Very pleased with the service.
My most recent experience of Croft Medical Centre was very good. I got a same day appointment with an advanced nurse practitioner. They were very good and very thorough, and I was seen quickly.
It is hard to get an appointment at Croft Medical Practice, but when I have seen them they have been supportive and helpful. They have tried to chase my hospital consultant for me to get an appointment.

I find that Croft Medical Centre is not too bad. I can usually get appointments when I need one. The reception staff and doctors are very helpful and understanding. I feel like they know me and that the service is very personable.
I see my midwife here and she's lovely. She's been so helpful and reassuring so far.
I had been experiencing menstrual problems for quite some time and researched different options before attending Croft Medical Centre to discuss them with the GP. I explained that my preferred treatment would be an implant. I have body dysmorphia and did not want medication with increased risks of gaining weight. The doctor would not listen to my concern and prescribed me the pill, telling me that after I try that for three months they will discuss further options with me. I am really disappointed that they did not listen to me and have really struggled taking the medication.
I found it easy to get an appointment and the doctor was very understanding. They arranged counselling for me and made sure I would be seen by a counsellor in 8 weeks.
But at the end of the day still not much help state of the art building but medically a lot to be desired
They're alright. Just a bit slow so I often just go to the pharmacy or umbrella service.
Brilliant. No problems with them. They have always been alright. I had all checks and injections.
They're terrible. Not a good surgery. Lucky if you get an appointment with them. Luckily I never have to contact them for anything serious, but they will always see my daughter at the hospital instead if needs be.
Cannot get an appointment, when you can documentation is lost. Staff are often rude.
They're awful. Firstly the call center who are meant to be trained professionals are a joke, trained by monkeys the most unprofessional uncaring bunch of aholes going. Myself and my sister have medical history and everytime we call up they just couldn't care less even tho she is young, ended up ringing 111 and was told to ring them back and they should give us an appointment rang back and the idiots in the call center still couldn't give two hoots. However they'll see you if you have a poxy cold but not a more serious illness. If you do end up getting an appointment it's like a stranded island in there not a soul to be seen however they're apparently fully booked. Even tho they've been told to start seeing people they obviously don't want to
To conclude this doctors surgery is the worst in solihull.
Ring at 8 am…automated message saying queue is full….attended the surgery at 8.30 to be told no appointments, not even a telephone appointment come back tomorrow! This wad the 4th day in a row trying!
Tried to see a drs for the last week but can't get in doctors disgusting
The doctors and nurses are probably great, if you ever get to see or speak to one of them! The reception team are aggressive and under-trained. Can never get a straight answer or the service you require without raising a complaint. It is impossible to get an appointment even if you say any time in the next month will do (say for an existing condition review). Always seem to be on hold for an unexplained amount of time. And I can't understand why face to face services haven't been restarted?
There is that many locum doctors you never really know who you are going to see. And that’s if you do get an appointment.
Recently they have been pretty useless. The doctor was unsure of tests results sent to them from the diagnostic centre, so they queried them. But that was over two months ago and they have not done much in the time since to chase the results. They have also recently failed to refer me as required and I have had to chase things up with them to ensure my referral was done. I never usually have any issues with the surgery so I am disappointed by the recent service.
