Problems with Blister packs, problems with missing items, total lack of communication.
Don't bother ringing as they never answer & no longer open on a Saturday afternoon.
I use this pharmacy as its the one linked to the GP. My medication was out of stock at my previous pharmacy so I moved to this one.
The GP also sends my prescription here sometimes too and they are very good. The prescription is never late.
I was late ordering my own medication and being a holiday weekend, I had little faith, but my problem was solved and I am very grateful, thank you Crest at Faraday.

when you try to call you wait 10 phone rings and then it cuts off or....its engaged. This has happened 3 times over 3 months with a average wait of 2.5 hours to get through. When you finally do, they tell you to do it on line...
The pharmacy staff are helpful, knowledgeable and polite with every patient even with the most abusive of customers. Truely outstanding people.
