"The person I was meeting had already left."

I turned up to an appointment and the person had left. They made me feel like it was my fault. I am due to see them next week. I've seen them before and they had an attitude. They should be better especially when it's a mental health matter.

"Not very helpful"

I used them for 12 months and nothing come out of it. I wanted to do gardening and they didn't help me. I just felt that they could have been a lot better.

"Good sessions, good to be around people."

They said they couldn't find my referral when I chased it up but they found it eventually and told me all about their sessions. The sessions are really good and its good to be around other people as well.
