"I'm just on a waiting list."
I know the country is on it's knees but all they say is that I'm on a waiting list. I don't have any support for my mental health.

Very good. I went to go back there but was discharged in February. They were very good there.
I went recently as their centre deals with one off severe mental health needs and that wasn't for me. I didn't feel comfortable there.
I used them briefly. Nothing against the staff but some of the people were in need of more mental health support and I felt some of them would exasperate my mental health so it didn't work for me. I would come out feeling worse so I decided it wasn't for me.
Yes good
Good experience
It's good to get out and do activities. I come twice a week and do the activities and meet people. It's been good support for my mental health. I can talk to them.
I like it here. They help with problems and I benefit a lot. They take care of me. I love it when they have things going on. I get the help that I need whenever something happens to me.
i had a great worker who got promoted (i think it was well deserved), i then got someone i could not work with, (it was me not them i think) and so changed again, i also got transferred to another branch. the support went from fortnightly to every 3 months in less than 18months this left me feeling unsupported and alone. they changed the service they gave. the new worker wanted to do a move on straight away. despite me still needing and wanting support. not being able to use a phone i was told i would receive nothing more than a list of other services and contact numbers for them. this really made me feel crap. i pleaded for help but none was given.
