The midwife is good here, really nice. Really good communication from her. In general the GP is very good too. Really accessible and helpful.
It's hard to get an appointment. When I do get an appointment the waiting times are always bad, I am never seen on time. That said the doctors are pretty good. I feel like they listen and treat accordingly.
My experience of Cranes Park Road Surgery has not been good. I have been honest and open with the surgery and they are aware of my difficulties with drug addiction. I feel that I am treated poorly because of this. I walked into one appointment and before I even had a chance to discuss anything with the doctor the doctor rudely stated ' I do not deal with drug addiction'. The doctor knew about my addiction issues, they knew about my past medical history but they were unable to find my repeat prescription on the system and would not issue me with a prescription.
Very helpful staff and we can get appointments easily.
