"Good in general"
I go once a year for my diabetic review and they are good at organising that. In general, the practice is okay at making appointments for when I request them.
"No follow up, difficult to get appointments"
I can't get appointments, I have to keep asking and need to chase them. It's not even easier to get an appointment for children and then they don't follow up after an appointment.
"My GP is outstanding"
My GP is outstanding she takes the time to listen to my concerns , she has managed my health conditions to enable me to lead a normal active life. I feel blessed to have found her.
