We're not the best of friends, felt like a nuisance and that they didn't really listen to me. You have to plan to be ill. They don't take symptoms seriously enough and they take a long time to get you referred on.
I would find it much harder to look after my mother if I didn’t receive the support that I have from Cotmore Surgery. If I have a problem I call and I know I will get the support I need. It could be a home visit from a doctor or an appointment the same day. Mum cut her arm badly this week I called and asked for advice from the Nurse. When the Nurse called me back I was asked to see her as soon as I could get to the practice. Rather than take mum to A and E, the Doctor sewed her wound while we were there.
I can’t explain how fortunate I feel. It’s like I have a wonderful backup team to support me in caring for my mum! Thank you so much.
The GP surgery is fantastic. From the receptionists to the doctors. Appointments for emergencies are quick.
Very helpful making an appointment. I can always see a GP. The GP is very good but there is only so much they can do and diagnose.
We have been with them for 7 years and we have had a good experience with them. You phone in the morning and get a same day appointment. We see the same doctor. They're brilliant, the staff, reception, all brilliant.
My daughter and son had ear infections and high temperatures. I called at 8:30 and by 8:35 all appointments had gone. I called 111 to get them seen as they were both really poorly.
It's fine. I can get appointments within 2 days. You can discuss more than one issue at at time too which is fantastic. The doctors are very professional, kind and approachable. The staff are great.
Amazing surgery. It's easy peazy to get appointments. I took my daughter with sensitive hearing they referred her straight away to the hospital.
They are pretty alright, can get appointment. I have got a repeat prescription. I was going to book an appointment in the morning.

Was seen twice face to face during lockdown. Very good surgery. Only joined last year after leaving a terrible surgery.

They've been brilliant throughout the pandemic. Always able to get through by phone & a gp has called back about an hour later. I've been prescribed medication the same day & had blood tests done about a week later at the surgery. They're set up very well for the safety of everybody visiting the surgery. Main thing is all the gps listen, easy to talk to & are understanding.
