"Very good"
Very good. I found it hard at times to get appointments but if I go in and get one at 8am I find that easier. The GP is very good. The service is very good and so to are the receptionists apart from two who can be abrupt.

Very good, the GP is very good. Always goes that extra mile to help. Gives good advice and a good service. He makes me feel really confident in going to the surgery. They even followed up after my hospital visit.
Brilliant. The doctors are absolutely golden and I can get appointments. I wasn't well and the GP called an ambulance for me.
Rude reception staff and a lack of appointments are my main concern.
They are very kind there. The GPs are very bright.
It's a really brilliant service. Really helpful.
It's good to be fair. Always there when you need them for advice. They always give you an appointment.
I call up at 7:55 he morning to the GP. They keep me in line for 30-40 minutes and after they pick up the phone and say they don't have appointments. This is very bad because I need to see a doctor after my heart attack. The secretary at Corny, young lady is very rude and not professional, she can't work there because she can't speak professional with people. The secretary at Corny, she needs proper training. She don't help me, she not nice to me and she doesn't explain to me what I can do to help. Please check this place, this GP is good but people's like Corny GP very bad condition.
Fine, really good. Really good at giving appointments and whenever we go round we usually see the same person but wouldn't say it's designed through choice.
Quite good. If you can’t get appointments. The doctor will call you or if you can’t get down there. They do offer face to face appointments. Happy with using them.
They're alright if you want a convenience appointment you have to get on the phone at 8am in the morning and you can get an appointment. They ask if I would like a face to face or telephone appointment.
They've been really good, able to get appointments now, they've been really good especially with having two young kids, they prioritise them to be honest. Just started doing face to face appointment but have to wear a mask.
They're really good
Doctor did urine tests on and off for weeks. Fast tracked to hospital did lots of tests.
You ring at 8am and there are no appointments so you then have to ring at 2pm. Then when you ring back they say you should have done it online. They don't prioritise my son even though he has a condition.
We do not have a dedicated GP, but they all know him well. His main GP is not always available and we recently had an issue where he needed their help and we could not wait for an appointment as it was not good for his condition, but we should be able to see the same doctor who knows about his condition.
Excellent overall.
I am not very happy because they don’t pick up the phone and booking an appointment is always very difficult for me.
They are always there when you need them. Very good team of professionals.
Had 7 nose bleeds within 6 days. Took 2 days to get a phone call appointment, but they then booked me for a face to face appointment the next day. They weren't able to do anything as it was due to an infection. They didn't check blood pressure or anything else. They gave a cream and said go to An& E if have a bleed again.
Fantastic answering ring back service I've been able to see doctor after phone consultation
Not enough appointments..have to call on the day, not good enough for routine stuff. You re-dial 50 times and when.you get through all the appointments have gone.
Efficient but receptionist did give wrong COVID Vaccine advice
Waiting room was covid safe. Staff had ppe on. Was very informative about the injection and side effects
They take there time and make sure you get the good care and listen to you.
Refuse to see you even with astma tell you to go to A&E which is already stretched just wont let anyone through door my husband has high blood pressure and has to be monitored and they told him to buy a machine to do it himself. The monitoring was requested by hospital but they will not see him.
Very good experience with reception staff and great service from the Doctors.
