"Terrible service, criminal staff."
I worked for this company. They had kept all the service users bank cards in the office so they users never had access to their bank cards. They used to take money from the users wallets and use it for things in the office and for other service users who didn't have the money. They had criminal drug dealing staff working for them who sold drugs to service users and took them on drug runs. The managers husband was in the police so she always used to gt advice off him on how to stay out of trouble with bcc and cqc. They altered notes and incident sheets before inspections were due and would always make a reason why the manger wasn't avaliable for inspection of gain more time to change documents. Service users would abuse and sexuall harrass staff and then nothing become of it. Staff hit service users and said things that were detrimental to their health. Senior staff member used to take service users meds for own use at home. Anyone who talks against it they slander them, create false dismissal documents two weeks after someone already handed in their notice. The managers are a bunch of frauds that don't care about the care they deliver! They want the money. To become a carer in this company all you have to do is watch some short videos and full in a test whilst watching the video.
