"They're really good"
Trying their best, they're really good. I can get same day appointments. Helpful GPs there.

It's all online and I don't access online. When you call you're on there a long time and that can be hard. As long as I can eventually get through and get an appointment that works for me.
Fine. I can get appointments, they are very good. It does take ages to answer the phone but when I get through they always have appointments. They say "your call is very important to us so please hold the line" but if it was that important they would answer the phone.
Excellent experience. I had an amazing experience here and I never have to wait for more than a week to get an appointment. All the time they provide me with fast appointments. They reminded me of my blood test too. I never want to move GP.
Receptionist is rude and it is known to management but they do not act, as she is carrying out their instructions. Why else would she continue to behave this way towards patients. They do not have an ounce of care just do the minimum with the nurse and students. That’s the NHS. The practice is gone downhill.
Excellent GPs and nurses.
Untrained staff. Unreliable and unsafe.
Good care.
The service is alright. I'm satisfied.
I have had a great service with them. Though getting an appointment is quite difficult. The receptionists are nice and friendly. I got my referral easily to urgent care when I had complications.
My GP is very good and professional. Always give timely advice and has diagnosed my issue right on time.
Very helpful. It's very easy to access once I got the hang of it. I think with all GP's they make you call each day for an appointment when it can wait or for a future date. The receptionist's make out that is the way it should be done when it's not urgent.
Since the pandemic the service has gone down and it's very difficult to get Face to Face appointments. For a referral I need to see my GP but I can't see anyone since last month.
I recently registered at the practice. I contract the surgery to report abdominal discomfort. I was sent for blood tests and an ultrasound. The clinician I spoke to said ‘when the results come back we will be in touch’ to arrange a gastro referral as a potential next step. I heard nothing for 3 months. I contacted the surgery and arranged a F2F appointment. The female clinician examined me and decided I should have a neuro referral. I agreed to go along with this. Then heard nothing for 1 month. I decided that i wanted to go ahead with the original gastro referral as my symptoms seemed to worsen. The clinician then became extremely defensive and refused to provide me any further care until after my neuro referral. I found this to be unacceptable. She offered no additional tests, nothing. When I asked her why, she told me to calm down. I’m sorry but it’s my body, my symptoms. Do your job and arrange more tests. My symptoms have worsened. She refused to listen and threatened to call the police if I didn’t stop taking. I was shocked by the reaction, lack of compassion and complete neglect of my symptoms. No additional tests?
No care for patient health or safety. She then started speaking badly of other healthcare professionals. Saying she’s been in this job for a long time and knows what she’s doing. I decided to register somewhere else, but this has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had.
Very poor, its mainly the reception staff. They never listened to what I was saying. Made an appointment with the wrong department which wasted their time and our time. Three times I have rang and three times they have got it wrong. They need to listen.
N.E.A.T. a community group who volunteer in the area to include litter picking and streetwatch with partner agencies have noticed rubbish and fly tipping that build up in the two car parking spaces in open derelict garages to the right hand side of medical centre. Despite the signage which states private property and not to park there, the practice does not seem to care about the condition of the exterior that local residents have to fall upon daily going about their routines. The enterprise centre beside this building have tenants and they all contribute together to support a cleaner and tidier approach in keeping the exterior of their building clear of this rubbish which used to be notorious for fly tipping. Despite several visits and conversations with the practice, there has been no changes to the way in which they treat the community in which they serve.
Please could this be addressed as the open garage encourages homeless people and also there has been some drug activity in this area due to no security present. The roof of the garage looks unsafe and is not fully intact.
Kind Regards

Small practice with a caring team. No bells and whistles- but a consultation with a GP when you need one no delay.
