It's an online system and you fill out a form. On one occasion it took them 2 weeks to call me back. They were great when I went in and I felt listened to.
I went 3 times to the GP and they told me that had no capacity to see me. The practice is fully booked and I can't register. I don't have a GP or an NHS number.
They have been alright. Long wait for appointments. Prefer to see doctor face to face, how can they diagnose over the phone.
They are good, no complains can access them.
Difficult to get an appointment but once seen the care is okay.
