"Poor access, poor service & mix ups"
I needed an appointment so called them but they would not book me one. I did get a call back but they kept referring to an issue that was not what I had called about. I kept having to correct them it was very frustrating. I then made another query and they put the phone down on me. I called back and asked why and was told that it was because I was only allowed to discuss one issue. I found the service rude and unhelpful. Access to appointments is very difficult and the service they provide is poor!
"Got us in quickly"
I range them at 5pm and told them about the concerns I had for my daughter and they booked me in for 6:20pm.
"More appointment availability"
Before it merged it wasn't very good and I had a very bad experience and couldn't get in for days. The GP was dismissive and was reluctant to refer me to a dermatologist. Since the merge however it has improved. There is more appointment availability.

A good practice and I can get appointments.
"Gone downhill since merging with Bosworth"
Since my doctor left and they merged with Bosworth Medical Centre they have really gone downhill. I request to still be seen at this practice but this has only been accommodated once.
"Identified cancer but continuity is lacking"
They picked up on my concerns and sent me for blood tests which detected my cancer. Since then the continuity of care has been lacking. They never look at my notes and I have to talk through everything every time I'm seen.
"Deteriorating rapidly"
Deteriorating rapidly. I find it annoying as we have been there a long time. If I were to walk in they would say I can't have an appointments. You can't make future ones.
"Never see the same doctor"
Never get to see the same dr, my dr is semi retired, which no one informed the patients of, receptionist are very rude and think they’re drs .
Letters from hospitals and other departments go unread, total disaster since covid .
"Many Issues"
Recently changed. Takes longer to get through on phone, prescriptions take too long to be signed by GP. Still doing majority of consultations by telephone and if you miss the call, you miss your appointment then have to rebook. You can wait all day for a GP to call then miss call by driving home from work or going to the loo. They don't call back.
"Limited Counselling available"
Over use of medication where counselling could have been used. Felt rushed and dismissed.
