"Gone downhill since merging with Bosworth"
Since my doctor left and they merged with Bosworth Medical Centre they have really gone downhill. I request to still be seen at this practice but this has only been accommodated once.

They picked up on my concerns and sent me for blood tests which detected my cancer. Since then the continuity of care has been lacking. They never look at my notes and I have to talk through everything every time I'm seen.
Deteriorating rapidly. I find it annoying as we have been there a long time. If I were to walk in they would say I can't have an appointments. You can't make future ones.
Never get to see the same dr, my dr is semi retired, which no one informed the patients of, receptionist are very rude and think they’re drs .
Letters from hospitals and other departments go unread, total disaster since covid .
Recently changed. Takes longer to get through on phone, prescriptions take too long to be signed by GP. Still doing majority of consultations by telephone and if you miss the call, you miss your appointment then have to rebook. You can wait all day for a GP to call then miss call by driving home from work or going to the loo. They don't call back.
Over use of medication where counselling could have been used. Felt rushed and dismissed.
