"Long waiting list"
I have been on a waiting list since 2023 to be seen by a podiatrist for an operation on my right foot. I had been crossed off from the list because I hadn't communicated with them, but that wasn't the case. A renal doctor from Heartlands took up the case and asked to have another x-ray, and I was finally sent for an appointment after they had chased it.
