They can be alright when you get to see them. The staff are good but the support just isn't forever and you can do with something long term.
They are more helpful than anybody and any service my son has used. How does someone who has 24 hour care get hooked on drugs. They have been excellent.
They only engage with you to look good. When you need them they don't help. You wait months for an appointment and it's no good when your trying to get help and kick an addiction. They system isn't designed to help us.
Waited year and a half to go into rehab. 3 weeks first few days detox. Asked for anti-depressants and sleeping tablets. He said I can have them but it took a while to get medication. Prescribed more medication for my BP. Was there only 9 days and they were supposed to be caring for me.
Put in contact with CGL. Had to wait an hour and half waiting times a joke.
