"Waste of Time"

Waited five months or so for a five minute appointment to be told my son needs braces (which is obvious) but has to join the waiting list of 2-3 years! My son is 12! Informed he can have the treatment right away if paying privately, approximated cost of £2000!!!!

"The worst ever appointment I have attended"

The orthodontist that was treating me was extremely rude, she was extremely unmannered and also racist who didn’t examine my teeth properly to see if I was qualified for Nhs treatment
