"Difficult to get appointments"
I find it very difficult to get appointments. I call at 8am and by 8:05 all of the appointments are gone. I just didn't gel with the doctor I saw recently. It's a mixed experience depending.

Good. They're very kind and they listen to you. Very helpful and ask and answer questions that I have.
They are still using covid as an excuse 4 years later. Not providing services they used to provide pre covid. They are understaffed and under trained.
I will give them zero stars for the poor service provided to me. No appointments at all. They don't pick up the phones or reply back to my emails.
First-class. We were rung up and offered our first appointment, and given a date at that appointment there and then for our second. No queueing, efficient, and speedy. Cannot fault the staff. Outstanding.
Delaying appointments, they gave me the wrong prescription, they gave me the wrong record.
The Doctors and Staff during this pandemic has given a very good service, albeit by phone they give good response times and you are able to have telephone consultation with the doctors and send pictures of any ailments.
Always struggle to get an appointment. Some doctors are better than others. Some listen more than others. Reception staff is hit & miss, some are helpful and some not. They ask too many personal questions when people can overhear.
The front staff are overworked due to incompetence of Dr Cheema.
He is very arrogant and condescending.
I was late for my appointment my locum GP was very accommodating and fitted me in-between patients. Practice opening hours reduce from 8am - 8pm 7 days a week to 8am - 6pm Mon – Fri. So difficult to get an appointment.
