"They make it bearable"
Absolutely fine. I had fillings done here and I can't fault them. No one enjoys the dentist but they make is bearable.

The staff are very helpful and I can get appointments easily.
Excellent dentist.
Generally no problems at all. I have to wait until November until a hygienist appointment. You have to pay for the treatment it's £60.00 for the hygienist which is expensive to do a scale and polish.
I had a tooth extraction and didn’t feel a thing. He didn’t rush me and I was able to relax afterwards. Five stars!
Struggle to get a dentist because other one struck me off. Had a tooth infection. They gave me next day appointment. They registered me the same day and I have seen hygienist and they were good. All the other dental surgeries were saying they can’t take me on.
They let me go in before my time. Had 10 minutes to sit and catch my breath. But they are very good.
Good for regular check-ups.
All the staff are very friendly and helpful from reception to Nurses and dentists.
Throughout COVID they were not allowing any routine check ups, that’s fine understand that. After trying them 3-4 times, each time they just said ‘we will let you know’. I trusted they would and stopped contacting them.
They never made contact, I found out from Facebook they were doing routines again, so rang up to book. To be told they’ve removed me as a patient because I am overdue my routine check up, but I can go private if I like!
12 months, and 3-4 opportunities they had to tell me this information, but they chose not to, and have clearly hoped to get more Monday out of me instead.
what a nightmare, racist doctor, having trouble dealing with Asian clients, still can not believe what I had to put up with, offering money to be waived just don't come back is what he said, WOW, only because we are NHS patients,
well done Kate her phone manners are outstanding, you might not get seen for over a week she advised on an emergency dental problem, and advised not to go the hospital, and i asked why, and she said now your being rude, WOW
well done Chelsea all ganged up in the reception area, over what, because i raised a complaint regarding Kate, so they got rid of me to probably save this stupid persons job, leaving there patients treatment mid way
