They give us appointments easily and I can call early, they're very good. They see you the same time and take good care of us.

Getting an appointment is easy but it is always with a locum. I have to explain my condition from scratch and that takes time when I only have minutes anyway.

Hard to get an appointment. I have to have a video appointment before going in for a face to face one. The waiting time is stressful as it takes time to be in the queue. We don't get appointments when it is getting late either.
