"Amazing practice nurse"
Getting appointments depends on who you get on reception. I usually go for 6 month check ups. The practice nurse is amazing. She is the only person who can get blood out of me without leaving a bruise.

I like my GP but it's harder now. It's all online and they reply when I am at college and can't get there. It's not flexible now.
They're okay, appointments aren't too bad. I don't see the same GP but I don't feel rushed at all.
Easy to book appointments. I went for blood and then they called me with the results. It works well.
Quite hard to get appointments. They don't give you same day appointments but give you next day ones. I get enough time during my appointment.
It's difficult, really difficult job. You call at 8am and it's constantly engaged. 9am, you get through and they say call back tomorrow. And I prefer to see my own doctor which means a longer wait.
I've been with them over 30 years and they're great with me. They see me when I need an appointment, there's no long waits. I book online and that works for me.
They have got better, I don't get the issues everyone else does. Have to book in at 8:30am on the dot otherwise you don't get in the queue. They now have an online system and they respond within 72 hours, we've been with the 15 years and they're genuinely okay.
It's alright I suppose. Very hard to get an appointment and they hardly answer the phones. You can sometimes get a same day or next day appointments but it depends when I get through. You just have to try again the next day if not. I find it hard ringing early because of my disability.
It's been okay getting appointments. No problems really. I suppose if you don't bother them then they're good. Good staff and good service.
I will give them 5 stars. They have been excellent and they referred me to a specialist.
Really sick to death of certain receptionists thinking they are medically trained members of staff and telling lies!
Every single time I call I end up in an argument with one receptionist in particular, it's like she just can't grasp the basics of what you're trying to explain to her so you end up constantly repeating yourself till she finally grasps it. She argues with you regarding appointments, goes against information being relayed to her regarding doctors requests, argues with you about requests for long term medication, lies and says certain medication is not on your record even though you've had it for years! Lies on your notes regarding said phone call, lies about face to face appointments being refused even when you have made it very clear that medically you're unable to attend when asking for a phone appointment (patients wouldn't be asking for a phone appointment if they could actually get there!) She repeatedly gives out medical advice without even consulting a GP, she even had the absolute audacity to say she was giving me an option to find another surgery like she was doing me a special favour! (Unfortunately for her and to her annoyance ill deliberately stay there now knowing that my refusal to accept her wonderful gesture backfired and irritates her deeply) She also has a serious attitude with you when you have to constantly correct her negligent behaviours and actions and remind her of her employment position and role within the practice. If she wants to advise or diagnose patients then I for one want to see her GP certification and medical degree qualifications.
This member of staff either needs releasing from her employment or needs to have a serious amount away from the surgery for training!
Thankfully all communication with her has been recorded and all evidence is being passed over to health inspectors and health board.
This surgery has gone massively down hill over the last few years. Out of all the staff there only a few that show any empathy, professionalism and dedication to their roles within the practice.
Never get an appointment. They tell you to go on the app. When you get an appointment it's usually over the phone.
Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.

Very difficult to get an appointment. I have not seen my GP since covid. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful.
I have never had a bad experience there.
This service is not as good as it used to be. I have had problems getting appointments and as a result have not seen them in person or spoken to them on the phone.
My GP is good. They do follow ups very well. I like their treatment and are very organised. They refer you as the need arises. The doctors are very nice and the other staff too.
I don't have much to do with them because I don't need them.
They're absolutely brilliant. Everything that has needs doing has been done super quickly. Obviously you have to wait in a queue but you do get through and they sort out what you need. I have lots of back trouble and as soon as you go there they sort it.
My husband had to change his GP surgery because most of the time he was unable to get appointments.
They gave me bad advice regarding breast feeding when my child was very young.
Useless. Called them as I was having heart palpitations and high blood pressure. They eventually answered and said they couldn't do anything for me so I called an ambulance.
I was waiting 8 months for a referral to the hospital, may have been a little bit longer. They're alright, I can get an appointment and if I need a same day appointment, I go there between 8:30am and 9:00am to book an appointment for the same day.
They're alright. They know me so they will help me where they can. It can be frustrating, the process of getting an appointment but once you do get one, you feel better. Just wish it was easier.
Personally fine, got in to see the doctor when I had a silly cough. They were also helpful when my husband was poorly, got the nurses and carers to come in.
They're useful. I can get appointments, I call them tell them the what the issue is. I'm not shy and they give me an appointment.
You hang on the phone for 35 minutes, then you don't get through. They put the phones down on you. I can't get appointments, they're rubbish.
Pre covid, I went to a locum there for the skin on my head. He told me I was wasting his time, to keep it moisturised and I left it a 9 months and went back to the doctors. The doctor I saw sent me straight away to the Hospital and it's cancer on the skin. I only go when I think it's something really bad. Perhaps if they done something straight away it wouldn't have been so bad.
They didn't send my medical records to my new doctor's surgery. I can't get my full medical history from them.
They tested my hearing. They are very hard to get through to, you have to go to them. Sometimes you get through to them and sometimes you don't.
I've been a patient here for 30 years, for a long time and its chaotic. You can't get through on the phone to make appointments. If I need one, I have to physically go down to the surgery to make an appointment. There is also a lack of communication between staff and patients.
My GP takes long to respond, If you call in the morning , they give you an appointment but its very frustrating.
This surgery should be shut down or at least investigated . All these doctors seem to do is make you feel worthless especially if you have mental health issues. Staff taking bookings at reception do great job on a whole but they don't always answer the phones especially when I am outside watching them threw window with nobody inside surgery.haha what a sham. Should rename this surgery dr bull shits.
Am I'll over month I try to see doctor Kumar but he refusing to see .my condion gone worst I went to surgery my self he still refuse to give antibiotic.so phone 111 they arrange to see company call badger they have give me antibiotic which is working on me .I would not recommend anyone to use Dr Kumar
Dr Kumar waste of time seeing him
Only a few days notice given for each appointment. Windows kept open and masks on. Distancing ok but not much space and this could have been more disciplined. Received jabs ok, in the reception area with one privacy board that only partially covered you as there was a large table at the side. It wasn't a usual member of staff who gave the jab. A number of people had been given the same time for the jab appointment, which meant there was a short amount of waiting and some unnecessary proximity to others. They did what they could, and it was an OK experience, very pleased to have the jab at the local GP surgery as we couldn't travel My biggest concern was they didn't fill in the jab card with the serial number of the vaccine, it was just pre-filled with the date.
Blood results have got worse but not speaking to usual gp told to just take a tablet
Very helpful and supportive.
Never get through on phone Average 30 calls before they answer phone.
Very difficult to get through by phone. Almost no online services. They make regular mistakes when ordering repeat prescriptions. Not enough time to discuss things with GP's, and feels like a battle against the GP to receive the right treatment.
It is a good surgery and fairly efficient but appointment times are difficult to attain.
Unwilling to deal with patients. Patients are a nuisance to these people. They fail to realise they only have jobs because of patients. Concerted effort on behalf of practice staff to withhold and prevent access to healthcare.
I've had a few mental health issues the staff doctors and nurses are very friendly and helpful towards myself when I have needed there help.
Good
Long waiting times. Never any available appointments. Long wait on phone. Hardly ever see same doctor. Not helpful staff.
Very good and friendly GP. He listens carefully and he tries his best to help patients.
My GP is very nice. He listens to patients problems and works efficiently. He does the best for his patients. Big thanks to the NHS. NHS looks after everyone without discrimination (Irrespective of religion and ethnicity). I got impressed from NHS and I want to donate my body to the NHS.
I work full time in Nottingham. It is difficult to get an appointment. But I can't predict when I am going to be ill. Not very worker friendly. GP's are fine though .
