"Dreadful"

Access is poor. Ability to discuss treatment is not forthcoming. I work as a menopause specialist so if I have difficulty it’s unsurprising that women are consistently under or inappropriately treated despite new NICE guidelines

"Quite good and can get appointments."

Quite good. Can get appointments. You have to be on the phones before 8am. They only accept phone calls and can usually get an appointment when I get through.
