"Really good and helpful"
Really good, helpful and can usually get appointments straight away. They have a triage specialist that you talk to and then you get passed onto the GP.

It's good to get appointments. The doctors and nurses are good. I'm anaemic so they take good care of me.
I haven't had any bad experiences. things have improved over the years. It is accessible and closer than my old GP.
Sometimes they're a pain in the bum. You call at 8am and there are no appointments. You have to call again and again. Don't mess us about.
No one ever looked at the source of my pain/ infection. Had to triage and diagnose myself and push for own treatment. Was like a loophole circuit obstacle I had to jump through - while being poorly - to receive care. Self triaged through the questionnaire, assessed my own ailment on phone to clinician, pharmacist was under experienced and overwhelmed (though kind and it was nice to finally see a human) to know what they were looking for, so I had to tell them what to do. People who are less able to advocate for themselves must be lost in this fragmented, soulless, non-person centred system. Needless to say, my partner and I are immediately switching to a different service.
The NHS is getting worse. I can't get appointments with my GP. They say they will call back and they don't. I have stopped using them. I take care of myself.
They're not very good. Took ages to refer my son. Medication never made him better.
The GP was good and I can get an appointment.
All good. It's easy to find an appointment.
Good and if anything, they chase me. It's easy to get an appointment. I have never had to have an urgent one.
Doctors are not responsive. Only a nurse takes care of things. For his diabetes and back problems. It's not good.
The appointment booking is difficult. They tell me to call the next day. They don't ask me to call 111. The GPs are good. The reception staff are not good.
The GPs are alright. I don't use them much.
During Ramadan I had an issue and they didn't call me in. It took a long couple of hours to get through and they weren't helpful, they just said they would do blood tests and then you don't get your results or any information to help with the issue.
Easy process to register there. They have been good so far. I've only used them once. They do over the phone conversations or they will see me too.
Good GP practice, bit hard to get appointments. There can be long waits on the phone and then no appointment. Easy to get appointment for my child though.
I have recently registered with them but I am yet to use them. It was easy to register with them. Hopefully I can get appointment when I do need one.
They are doing phone appointments which work very well for me.
GP came out when I had covid, he tested me, put me on some tablets and then I was alright. He sent me for another covid vaccination and then I got covid again. The GP doesn't come out to see me now.
We had to see various specialists and clinics due to various illnesses. Letters of diagnosis and changes in medication were being emailed to the GP Clinic but they told us they haven't received them. After a long conversation with the receptionist, she let it slipped that they don't have access to their emails. That explained why they haven't received any communication from the specialists/hospitals then doesnt it?. This could easily be fatal to certain patients whos medication has changed and need new prescription but the GP won't know that since they haven't seen the letter from the hosptial
Not too good. when you get appointment all over the phone. my wife needs mental health support. Took ages to see her during Covid and ended up going to Osborne house. If doctors would have seen her first, would not have got so bad. Tell them symptoms and they prescribe medication.
Don’t go there often. It’s been fine the times I have.
They send me letters about vaccinations for my son. Everyone there has been amazing.
The last time I contacted them it took a while to get through, but I got through to them. But now if I need the GP, I would now call my GP I would go to the Badger Clinic - I can see someone the same day. Actually, the last time I had contacted the health service was the Badger Clinic as I had an ear infection. I had an appointment the same day and got prescribed antibiotics.
You can't see a doctor easily. Everyone uses Covid as an excuse. They need to see people face to face. I have to get loud to feel like I'm being heard.
Very good. know a lot. Able to get information.
I haven’t seen my GP for 2 years.
Appalling service. Receptionists are unfriendly & unhelpful. A receptionist told me that everyone has problems when trying to deal with a sensitive issue. GP's are useless except one.
GP's are non-existent. You can only see the nurses.
They are ok.
Impossible to get through on the phone and when you finally do there's no telephone appointments left!... face to face appointments are needed!!
Had to get a appointment most of the times I've called no answer long waiting to answer the phone and sometimes all appointments gone within 15 minutes but doctors are great
The service is good but needs improvement
A very good service I can ring up and get an appointment on the day. A very good service
I rang on New Years Day for my young daughter and was very surprised how helpful the staff were in arranging an appointment for her to be seen that morning by the Dr. I can’t thank them enough for seeing my daughter on New Years Day. Excellent servics Thank YOU Broadway Health Centre.
I am happy with their service, the only problem I have is the waiting time.
