"They give me appointments"
If I ring them up they will see my by tomorrow.
If I ring them up they will see my by tomorrow.
Not happy with the service.
Lazy reception staff who never answer the phone or reply to emails. Overall communication is poor from the whole team.
Very happy and satisfied with the care provided by my GP. Very kind and helpful staff.
Very easy to get an appointment, no problems. I can't do it online though and that would make it easier if they did.
I can usually get in contact with the doctors on the same day.
Were let down badly. Prescribed the wrong medicines. Said he had a life threatening issue and to go to the hospital, didn’t arrange an ambulance. Just really let us down.
Really good especially when my daughter had bronchiolitis. Doctors would call her in and will fit us in. I ring them at 8am, they do telephone consultations or I can send in pictures, so they do help in that sense and I don't have to take the kids out of school for appointments. They were also good when I was pregnant. They also put me on HRT straight away. Just a really good GP.
Fine now, Covid’s been difficult but now it’s fine. They give you a choice of face to face or telephone appointment. Depends if you call them at 8am, can get same day appointment but you have to call them up.
You ring at 8am but got an appointment the same day. I was on hold for 10 to 15 minutes. I do find you do get an appointment easier now if it's maternity related. I called about my daughter and they told me to bring her in to be seen face to face.
Very good and helpful staff.
They used to do over the phone appointments how can they tell what’s wrong over the phone. But are now seeing us face to face. Pretty easy to make an appointment at a certain time. Can usually get an appointment the same day.
A bit lousy I can’t get them to see me and it’s hard to get an appointment so end up using NHS111 or go to a hospital.
GP fine but appointment delayed. Environment clean and administration is good. Queue for paediatrician was very long.
I find them to be an unhelpful practice, I've been wanting to change for a while now. You feel like an inconvenience and it feels like they don't care sometimes. I find that they often change their minds about making a diagnosis.
I had a white blood count here before covid. They said it would need redoing as it was low. This test was not repeated until 2021 and then I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. If I want to book appointments, you have to do it all online or go into the surgery.
My GP may as well not exist, they're rubbish. I often think what's the point. I don't want to be ill because I don't think I'll get an appointment. They're rubbish!
Breast screening, it was fine they sent appointments and staff were fine.
Very difficult to get appointment. Long waits before phone is answered.
Nightmare to see a GP. Sometimes a telephone consultation is simply not good enough.
They saw my daughter face to face for a rash on the same morning after ringing NHS 111. They saw us immediately.
Staff are great and excellent. Good support & advice provided all the time.
Travelled to the surgery and was told, "Your aneurysm test has been cancelled." This is the second time its been cancelled and they couldn't even be bothered to send me a text. This practice is a prime example of why the NHS is failing, I'm a plumber and I've never cancelled a job yet. I always arrive on time and I don't irritate the customers. They should take a leaf out of my book. This said, it doesn't surprise me why there are so many anti-vaccine people out there, Maybe they're just tired of medical people who can't or just won't do their job properly. My parting words were, "Do not ever contact me again!"and I meant it.
They prescribe my inhalers for Asthma, couldn’t afford them, so was using the son’s and was told off by my doctor. I can’t afford the prescription, I need at least 3 inhalers which cost £9 each.
For the past 4 weeks I have tried to see a GP , suffered chronic backache and bladder infection. Still unable to and have now just handed a urine sample in for tests without being able to see GP. I could get serious kidney issues with this prolonged problem.
Luckily I'm currently healthy and don't use this surgery much but it's always been really difficult to get an appointment with reception staff and doctors who make you feel like you're wasting their time. (Nurse is amazing though, credit to the surgery) The surgery doesn't see minor injuries or do anything other than basic sexual health (i.e dosent fit implants/injections) and aren't very helpful when you ask where you can get these services done. Since Covid if you do need a face to face appointment I've had to go to a different surgery and I've currently been waiting 6+ weeks for smear results, and when I rang to see if they were on my file yet and if the receptionist could read me my results (as friends have family have successfully done after 4 weeks with other surgeries) I was simply told I have to wait and they couldn't even be bothered to put my name into a computer.

Great service i did not have to wait and I was they for 10 minutes
Wait time to receive treatment is easy too long, but being prescribed medication was extremely helpful. In my experience some of the staff have been fantastic (usually nurses and therapist) but some of the doctors I have come into contact with (particularly at the meadow centre) have been abysmal - no tact, no compassion, no ability to speak English even.
Poor service. GP is quite rude and not reassuring. Never calls at the appointment slot you have booked, usually hours later.
Always get an appointment and get through on the phone. Receptionist are polite and helpful.
2 gps that offer a very personal service and get to know you well. Will always refer on for further investigations if needed.
Good follow up service. GPS will call you , even on Saturday.
Approachable and understanding gps.
The location of the center is in decent area. Beside the helpful staff.
Staff is very nice and super helpful. My doctor give follow up calls to see how I feel
