Mom has carers 4 times a day and the ladies who look after her are like family to us. Always have time to spend with mom and myself. Not just for care but for a chat to her which makes her feel special. Great communication. On time. Wouldn’t want anyone else

My mother had dementia and a mini stroke - carers were very thoughtful and the care for my mother and worked collaboratively with me to meet her needs. They arrived on time and were very friendly and supportive. The manager was always available to support anytime needed. Thank you to the team for caring for my mum right up to her final day.

I highly recommend Brightside Carers Ltd. I hired them to look after my mum and they couldn't do enough for her. Their care and consideration for her were always paramount. The only reason I stopped using their services was because it wasn't safe for my mum to continue living at home by herself.

Brightside visited daily to enable my mum to stay at home, with various physical conditions and dementia. All the carers were wonderful with her, friendly, personable, chatty, efficient - providing just the right level of care for her and always keeping me up to date with any issues - I highly recommend them.

My experience is mostly good because my elderly relative has consistent carers who are able to get to know her and give personalised care. Sometimes there are hiccups when my relative meets unfamiliar carers
