Good overall but hard to get appointments

I am happy with the service overall but I do find it hard to get appointments. I'm not keen on the new online form either.
Good experience treating knee problem

I was given an appointment the same day for a knee problem I was having. The doctor was good and explained everything to my dad and booked me in with the physiotherapist. I waited a few weeks for the appointment but the lady was really nice. She gave me exercises to do and reassured me that it was nothing serious.
No appointments available, can't see same GP

Appointments take ages to book over the phone and you have to ring at 8am to speak to someone and usually once you get through, there are no appointments available anywhere. The surgery sent a text message yesterday saying you can now book appointments on the app but that if you are older you can still book appointments over the phone. I cannot use the app so I will have to keep phoning. The GP is 'okay' once you have an appointment. You see different people each time whereas in the past you could see one doctor at each time. Most of the doctors just prescribe medication and that's all they'll do. Some of the doctors are better than others. They do not give you a lot of information, for example, I was prescribed medication but I do not know how often to take them and for how long.
Refused a sample twice

A doctor asked for a sample from my 10 month old son, she didn’t even look at it and told me there wasn’t enough. This is twice I’ve been and she has refused it.
Wait too long to get appointments

Long waiting times to get appointments. Takes a long time to get them on the phone. Always too busy to get one. They always send us to another GP which is just too far away.
I felt like a priority

Absolutely brilliant, because they answer the phone immediately. I got a same day appointment and they really listen. They booked me in a week later for bloods and a well person check. I didn't feel like I was burdening them, I felt like a priority.

Not a very good experience here. I am not satisfied at all. The staff are not professional and don't respond to concerns.
Hopeless and hapless

My insomnia it was ignored i found a medication that helped weaned from it kept the 4 hours sleep. I was forced to retake under threat of expulsion and still have no sleep after 27 years. I recently found the GP is not registered. I caught my finger in a car door broke it and they put a band aid on it. I had a lower back pain phoned 111 as never able to get through on the phone or online. An appointment was made and painkillers given for a urine infection. I wrote so they would have records of my ills though never seen for over 15 years. They recently told me they couldn't read my writing. I had a fall over year ago and a severe head pain ever since they said as i wasn't dead it was nothing. They stopped my painkillers without notifying me then blamed them for a stomach problem i had written them of for over a year. I wasn't taking painkillers during that time. They suggested i stop apixaban till i mentioned it was for life and i could die. They keep stopping medication with no warning and then have to start them again as things get worse. There is more but only allowed one symptom in five minute calls. the severe head pain feels as if its absorbing all my memory i am unsteady and take days to get over any light exertion and got a blood test and advised to use a vitamin supplement previously prescribed that they stopped.
