They're not the best. They could do a lot better.
One of the doctors is very good and listens. The reception staff aren't helpful.
They need to improve on giving appointments faster and they should be doing regular bloods. They don't answer phones.
The service has been good so far. It's very easy to get appointments on the phone. The staff are great, very polite and friendly. The GP is very nice. Good communication with the doctor. The service is quite great.
They said they would refer me onto the hospital for neurology and nothing. I went back to them and they said they had no record of there ever being a referral.
It's hard to get appointments. I have been waiting for scans for 3 months, it needs to change.
The surgery is good but it can be hard to get an appointment. I have not seen a community midwife at my GP surgery during my pregnancy.
It's fine, I haven't been able to get too many appointments with them.
You ring at 8:00AM and there are 6 people in front of you, it's useless. I know I wont get an appointment so I just keep trying until I finally get one.
I had a good experience. The doctor was friendly and provided a good service. The reception guy was a bit rude and looked at me like he isn't happy with his job. That was just my experience maybe he is nicer to other people.
No appointments available at all whenever you call them. I have not seen my GP for at least 2 years. I have instead visited A&E many times to get medical help and support.
They don't answer calls. Stop medicines 5 days before and say do blood pressure and then they'll restart them. They don't listen to me. They're not good.
Doctors are good. They did blood tests and rang and said I needed to go to the hospital. They gave me a letter and I went straight to the hospital.
Can get appointment but it takes a long time to get through and then have to wait for an appointment to become available. But I will eventually get an appointment.
Operation on thumb. Very good doctor, very professional. Here for physiotherapy to help with thumb. It was a day surgery, send home the same day. I was referred for my thumb after an infection at QE.

The reception nurses and the drs all are absolutley wonderfull i would never trade them for anything no matter wot
At tyms have been reffered to other health centres but thats understandable
I can honestly say that no faults in them wot so ever hats off to them all eapecially dealing with arrogant patients who have no patience or even common sense

You will always get a clinician calling you back the same day. If you need to be seen by the doctors they will call you in face to face.
I really like the GPs and ANP at this practice. They always listen to you as a patient and will always ask patients about treatment before making their final decisions. They are genuine and really do care about their patients.
The Practice Manager will also go the extra mile to help you. I once arrived at the practice after it was closed and explained to the friendly Practice Manager I urgently need to see an GP and she arranged an appointment for me at the Hub.
My family are all registered with this practice and we would never leave because of the GP’s, ANP and Practice Manager.
Can’t get past receptionists. I am not saying it’s the doctors or the nurses, if you can get to the doctors. Saw a doctor once and they told me to make an appointment.
They are not the best, they are not reliable. I just use them to get their medication, can order medicines on the app. They send a nurse out to go to home to do Covid flu vaccine.
As part of my job I visit many GP practices and this by far the best practice I have ever visited. This practice offers plenty of appointments to their patients and is the most compliant practice to contractual requirements.
My family have registered with this GP practice for many years. We can always get appointments at this practice.
When I call I always get a telephone call with a GP. If a follow up is required the GP will offer an immediate F2F appointment either with GP or ANP.
The GP’s and ANP always listen to me and will always discuss and agree the most appropriate treatment plan with me.
This practice is responsive to patient needs. They have an excellent Practice Manager that has been with the practice for many years and she will always go that extra mile to help patients if required.
I work full time so it quite difficult to juggle the diary to fit the GP appointment. I had a long-standing issue which I was putting off, I called today and the doctor called me back shortly and asked me to come and see him.

Moved from London to Birmingham in January, under exceptional circumstances. Registered with this surgery. My son has attempted to get a gp appointment with no luck. When I needed medication was told they didn’t have my medication records. Which was a blatant lie by practice manager. Attended in person with my other son and told the same thing by receptionist. Got my medical records but no medication records. Which is impossible if they have my medical records. Told receptionist that without medication I was very suicidal. Was told gp would call me at 1pm. No phone call from anyone at surgery. Called NHS 111 who dispatched me a 999 ambulance. The ambulance crew had to contact surgery to arrange my medication. Only got half of my medication. No pain relief given so still taking about 16-24 ibuprofen per day instead of my usual 500mg Neproxin one per day. Not one call from gp. Have lost any faith in the surgery being able to do the job correctly. Have ran out of my medication but I don’t want to bother contacting surgery because of their failure to do their job properly. Now I do not want to have a gp in Birmingham because of the bad experience. All I want now is my medical records and I will not use gp services in Birmingham anymore. Total failure.
They're really good. You have to phone at 9am or 3pm to get an appointment. I am always able to get an appointment. I am happy with them. They also provide my medication.
They're a bit bad, they seem to be referring everything to the local walk in centre in Alum Rock. You call and they triage you to try get an appointment and if they can't, they send you to the walk in centre.
My legs been playing me up, I put some cream on it and it's getting worse. My sister makes all the appointments for me.

Call is always answered by a arrogant disrespectful receptionist & you’re always waiting days n weeks for appointments or even blood tests!
