"A bit hit and miss but communicate well"
I order my repeat prescriptions online and they are sent directly to Boots Shirley. Recently the service seems a bit hit and miss with having everything in stock and this does seem to be happening more and more. That said they are very good at communicating and I receive text messages to let me know if things are not in stock and when the prescriptions are ready to collect.
