"Always notify me when ready"
My prescriptions are sent here and they always notify me when it's ready. I never wait longer than a week.

They're fine, I don't use them that often. They always have my medication ready for me, no problems.
I would advise anyone not to go there. If you can't handle customers you shouldn't be in the job. One lady there has no idea about customer service.
Not very good, don’t get notifications that medication is there. They say they can’t find prescription.
This pharmacy have been very helfpul, they ordered a rare medicine for a relative. other pharmacies I called hadn't heard of the medicine and were quoting a much longer wait time. They ordered the medicine in very quickly and you can even get a text message to let you know when your prescription has arrived so you don't have to keep checking. they are also very good at informing you at the time of submitting a prescription how long it is likely to be until your medicine would arrive. I also found they communicated well with the doctor's surgery to check a prescription was correct and also when there was an issue they contacted the surgery for us. the staff are very friendly and helpful, even though it is a large chain branch they work like a small local business and get to know their customers.
Always a queue outside. They rarely answer the phone so that I can check if my prescription has arrived/ is correct. Often phone line is connected to the fax machine. This means I have to make repeated journeys to queue outside the chemist to find out whether or not my GP had sent out the requested prescription or whether it is ready for collection or in stock. Goodness knows how elderly or infirm people are managing.
