"Help for chesty cough"
I approached the pharmacy counter where immediately a lovely young lady offered assistance. I explained how I needed something to remove catarrh from my throat/chest. My voice was croaky and I apologised. I was treated with empathy and thought to myself, 'I am being treated as an individual'.
The lady was immaculately dressed and her aura was touching.
She did recommend Boots catarrh pastilles or liquid form. I accepted the pastilles.
I did thank her for her help.
A wonderful experience.
"Pharmacist present but closed the counter."
I went into the shop to buy a non prescription medicine only available from the back of the pharmacy counter. It was lunchtime and the pharmacist had shut the counter until 3pm because he had too many booked consultations. It seems to me that his primary job is to dispense medicines ensuring proper checks and advice is given. Closing the counter is inconveniencing a lot of customers who need the medicines and there must be a query as to whether this branch has the ability to dispense and provide other pharmacy services.
"They researched it for me"
I had a blood test done and had to make an appointment for future health checks. They looked into it and researched.
"Easy and accessible"
Really easy and accessible but one member of staff is rude, no bedside manner. I think she's just very blunt.
"Staff are good."
I go for my hearing aid checks. They are okay but they could be better. You have to pay a lot more for better ones. The staff are good.
"Pharmacy Prescriptions"
Why advertise a Pharmacy and not dispense Prescriptions? Please make it more clear that Boots Chemist at Longbridge does not dispense medications/prescriptions.
Who ever heard of a Boots not dispensing?
"Well layed out shop lacks a pharmacy"
