"Terrible"

An emergency prescription sent here for a 94 year old bed bound lady with severe constipation. The prescription arrived on Saturday morning and we were told that it wouldn’t be ready for collection until Tuesday. The prescription was collected and taken elsewhere, who filled it immediately.
