I use the NHS app to request medication and they get it ready and dispense it quickly. No problems.
Told me GP had not sent script checked on spine’ no it’s not there “ check with your GP was sent same day written- go back “ oh it’s here shall I get it delivered so you don’t waste your journey ok I said when delivery will give two hour window for delivery - gets a text saying it will be delivered between 10am and 5 pm !!! That’s not a two hour window fgs
Boots has gone down hill this will be the last time I use them after 15 years ,not good for business
Poor mannerism waited for prescription no call
Have been calling all day to request a prescription be delivered to elderly relative. No answer.
Receive my medication in blister packs. I have never had a problem, I find the staff really helpful. If there is part of the medication I don't require they listen and do not supply thus preventing a build up of unwanted medication. Extremely satisfied with the service.
