It's okay. Could be better if they were faster and more efficient. They were supposed to text when the medication was ready but they didn't so we had to go and check with them.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. Always in a hurry and don't listen to patients.
Always been very good and always have my medication. Never any issues with them.
Very quick and efficient service. Prescriptions are processed quickly.
No details re re-opening or prescription collection arrangements
Awful experience (echoing what many have said recently) waited over a week to have a prescription released despite receiving a text to say it was ready, absolutely zero customer service ignored by pharmacy staff when waiting, was next in queue went to step up to counter and worker wandered off - no acknowledgement painfully slow service - no advice given when I picked up a controlled drug, just mumbled at and expected to discuss what it was prescribed for in front of the many other people waiting for their prescription - second visit my prescription wasn't in stock, but no offer to order it in had to ask just utter apathetic poor customer service! don't know what has happened to this store? service has gone downhill - train your counter staff with the basics at least?!
Very efficient and well informed staff.
Very busy and staff are always in a rush. They need more staff.
Very busy but very kind and helpful.
They have been very good with the medication.
I'm moving after months of never having my prescription ready, even though I deliberately gave them extra time. Rude woman tried to say I hadn't ordered Tuesday and they need 48 hours. Pharmacy always too busy to do prescription. List goes on tbh.
They're good, no problems with them when I need to use them.
Excellent well stocked pharmacy with very helpful staff.
The pharmacist was only too happy to take time to sit and chat with me about my medication (explained it all to me), then gave me fantastic advice on The Menopause. Even though she had work to do she knew I wasn’t myself. She’s the best pharmacist in Birmingham and so kind and understanding. As are all the pharmacy and till staff. I’m glad i switched back to Tuesdays so I know my medication will be ready to pick up as soon as I go in. Well done ladies.
The staff are always under pressure but staff will go out of their way to help you. One of them is the most hardworking and always busy. As for the manager, she’s always too busy sticking her nose in the air and leaving early to get to know any customers properly. They don’t answer the phone because they’re always constantly busy. Carry on the fantastic work.
I didn't get to see to a pharmacist. I saw a trainee pharmacist. Gave me an option of going to see their pharmacist. But was nice.
Very bad
Had my prescription sent to Boots in Harborne. No answer to my phone calls, so went to the store. Staff said nothing had arrived but on reading other feedback on this page, it right to insist. Staff found my meds and said they had to prepare it, which took 15 mins. Not impressed and will go elsewhere next time.
I arrived to collect my prescription (having deliberately waited an extra couple of days after it was meant to be ready to ensure I would only need to make one trip), to find a hand-written sign on the glass screen of the pharmacy section telling me it would be closed between 1.30 and 2.30 due to staff shortages. It was 1.40 at the time, so I decided I would return at a different time the following day. Today I arrived at 3.45 and queued up along with other people. I got to the front of the queue to be told that actually they were now closed until 4.30. I was a little disappointed as it takes me half an hour to walk there and I suffer from sciatica as well as increasingly painful hip joints. I pointed out that they had been closed between 1.30 and 2.30 the day before... and the assistant merely pointed to the new handwritten sign on the screen. I asked when this had been put up and was told 'half an hour ago, sorry for the inconvenience, you can wait.'
I returned home without my meds once more. So having spent a total of 2 hours walking back and forth over two days, I still didn't manage to collect my prescription.
Not good enough really. How are customers supposed to second-guess what times the pharmacy might actually be open?
I get my prescriptions sent here but I will have no choice but to change. They don't answer the phone and then you make your way there to be told you should have called to check and that your prescription won't be ready for another day. You then go back the next day to be told its still not ready and to come back the following day but when you put your foot down they can magically have your prescription ready in 15 mins. People don't have prescription because they are not sick. Boots need to take a long hard look at their stores or maybe the management.
I had waited at pharmacy counter for 10 mins. When I asked if anyone was serving I was told to get to the back of queue who were waiting for Covid jabs. I am disabled and vulnerable I feel I was shown no respect at all

This isnt the first time but I can be ceartain it will be the last by the time I've put in complaints to the NHS,My GP and Superdrug head office.
I order my meds 3 days before they run out and today im over 1 day without them.
These people shouldn't be anywhere near people's meds they have no clue what they are doing. They obviously don't use the app features for anyone or I will have my meds and not ran out.
I'm going to change Pharmacy and choose carefully who I use they need to be professionals who know what they are doing because Superdrug in harborne dosnt.
This is serious and my complaint will be serious because this is peoples health and lives they are dealing with.
The NHS will be told about this for definate
Useless ignorant staff. Left buying nothing as couldn't find any of the 4 staff willing to pay attention to people waiting at the till
No capacity to accept incoming calls then when you are able to connect it just rings out until line goes dead
Never answer the phone, always loosing patient scripts or telling patients they haven't come through but then when I call they magically have it. Causes patients stress and worry. Not another pharmacy that causes such a pain!
